Front desk phone wasn't working when trying to call the Front desk clerk around 9:30 pm. I locked myself out of the room and waited for about 10 min outside the Lobby window for help.

Rundown, Expensive , not prepared for 3:00 check INS, and They should be ashamed to call it even a 2 star Wyndham Hotel. Even if you complain they won't discount room. I will never stay in this again.
Rooms: Very old furniture, torn up couch,tiles in tub broken, walls missing plaster,in my cousins room the kitchenette was out of the fifties
Noteworthy details: Bates motel would feel safer, And they made us wait extra time ,said they were fully booked but parking lot only had a few (7)cars All night

Check-in was super easy. The staff were very kind and helpful!! Rooms are nice & clean…. I had arrived a couple hours before check-in time but they let me in anyway!! Great job guys keep up the good work!!

Only given 1 room key. Was suppised to have continental breakfast, but didn't. Beds were extremely uncomfortable as if they wete old. Could feel springs. Coffee maker didn't workn so had to get new one.

The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. Close enough to be considered walkable.The room was nice and tidy, no weird smells. The bed though was not comfortable at all. It was hard as a rock and the pillows were like little biscuits.The owners could probably invest in newer furnishings. The couch was stained and filthy looking as was the antique-ish looking chair.I stayed one night and the room served it’s purpose. The staff I encountered were very polite and I had zero issues with them.Nearby activities: Shopping and restaurants are close by.
