This weekend, I was at Coachella with my boyfriend. He had a medical emergency the night before and lost the use of his legs through the weekend. I called TNT to help deliver a motorized scooter, and they sprung into action. Without them, we would have had to cancel our Coachella plans, plans we'd made a year ago. I'll never forget how accommodating and helpful they were during this crisis in my life. David and the team were soooo helpful with making sure we got the scooter quickly. Seriously quick. An hour after I called them, we had the scooter. Thank you so much for saving our weekend that we had been saving for and so desperately wanted to attend!

Truck was in bad shape with previous damage, and as soon as I got back Surprise they charged me for previous damage claiming I caused it. Drove the truck for no more than 1hr total. never had any problems with uhaul in over 10yrs until I came to this place. Unbelievable, bunch of scammersUpdate to the Owners reply:Nice reply 2 months later.Vehicle was not inspected during my presence, vehicle was at the entrance very far from the office, and employees/owner are not customer service friendly. Training recommended. As far as the insurance, luckily I did pay for it. (You had 2 months of research before you replied) which is why you could not get as much money as you wished from me. Lesson learned. Never do business with TNT Delivers.

My husband and I are moving to Arizona and we hired this company to help us load. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were easy to book and very responsive with my questions. Chris, Daniel, and Derek arrived to load. They were fast and so efficient! It was incredible watching the skill it takes to load the truck. They literally packed everything to the brim safely and efficiently. Towards the very end, Chris told me that not everything was going to fit. Granted I'm 6 weeks postpartum and emotional but I began to tear up when thinking of my kids toys and things laying around that I would have to leave behind. I came back out 20 minutes later and they had gotten everything in except for one desk I was ok with leaving behind. He said "once I saw you upset, I told the guys we had to fit everything in there." I haven't seen such amazing customer service in a company in so long and I can't recommend them enough! If you hire them, please remember to tip your movers. They're working in the desert heat lifting large items. Please hire this company! You don't regret it.

The very best movers ever! My original mover cancelled on me 4 days before my move. TNT came to the rescue. Moved my storage unit, my studio apartment.. up a flight of stairs in 110 degree weather here in the desert. Very expedient, courteous. Shrink wrapped, all items that needed protection: lamps, dressers etc. Brought wardrobe boxes for me to use at no charge. Can not say enough about this company. Don’t hesitate to book them.

TNT Delivers really came through for us. We had booked 2 movers for 2-4 hours and they went above and beyond to make sure everything got done. We needed more hours then we originally thought and they stayed until everything was packed and even brought in some more man power and packing supplies. They were so helpful and kind and we couldn't recommend them more!

Courteous, Professional, Were very careful when quoting me to make sure they could meet the time requirements they promised me (and Did)! Definitely recommend this business; the owner was on top of everything, and his associates were expedient and professional as well! 5 Star Rating, and I'll be working with them again in the future

Our furniture was so damaged that when it arrive in North Carolina the company that unload the truck said they couldn’t believe what a bad job they did packing the furniture and we should file a complaint. Almost ever piece of furniture was damage including holes in the chairs. I called the company and they said we should have checked the furniture on the truck while they were loading it. I have since been told that is illegal. I had pictures and still do but they were not interested in seeing them. This has been one of the worst experiences we have had. This was our 14 th move and we have never had this happen.

The gentlemen at the office were very helpful! They are well stocked up. Prices are reasonable and availability is plenty.

This company is amazing! I do not say that lightly. We have used them for the past five years to load and unload moving trucks and containers, and to move heavy boxes between houses and rooms. Their motto and service are wonderful, polite, respectful, and professional. They show up right on time, if not a bit early, and stay until the job is finished, even offering, if needed, suggestions and further assistance. Our various moves have included hundreds of boxes, furniture, and other stacks. The moves were not easy at all. However, knowing that TNT Delivers had our backs made this all possible.David, the owner, has a mindset and approach to service that is rarely seen today. His office staff and moving staff are excellent.If you are fortunate enough to hire TNT Delivers, it will be one of the wisest things you can do during your move--or whatever moving or storage kind of service you need.David and his staffs have gone above and beyond in numerous ways, and we are very much appreciative for that!Thank you so very much!!

Outstanding Customer Service! I have have Rented UHAUL Trucks on two occasions. TNT provided excellent explanation throughout the entire process, explaining all terms and an introduction to the equipment. Trucks are clean and in great condition.
