“I have a Class C motorhome that needed some front end work. It hasn't been done in at least 250 k miles. I knew it was going to cost a lot and take a while to get done. When they called me to give me the details on what had to be done, they explained it perfectly and came up with a price. A bit more than what I expected, but probably very fair. They kept me informed on when it would be ready and I really appreciated that. They kept the motorhome garaged for 1 night which I was grateful.They had it done the next day at a reasonable price. 2 of the parts didn't need replacing after further checking it and the cost was lower than the estimate. I will definately go back there if any more work is needed. I recommend this place.BTW...There are 2 Pacific Brake & Alignment locations about 2 miles away. One for small vehicals and the other for larger vehicals like mine. Make sure you get the right address!!!”

“I was passing through Indio to San Diego on New Years Eve day on a road trip through Death Valley when my car warned me about a low tire pressure. I looked at the tire and found the nail. I put air in it then tried various tire repair places along the way but none were willing to help me. Firestone came to the rescue and got me back on the road quickly but doing a very thorough job plugging the hole. I hardly ever leave reviews but with service that stands out from the pack, and kept an awesome trip from having a stressful ending, I had to take the time to do it! Thanks again, guys!”

“These guys are great! I have a tire that seems to have a super slow leak. I dropped in without an appointment and they got me right in. They worked on that tire for a long time trying to find a leak and ended up reassuring me that the tire was indeed sound. They also recognized that the tire was pretty new, and they did not try to pressure me into buying a new one. I'll go back next time I need tires!”
