We already cancelled service. But today I came in to this location for the first and last time and it was not great. Looks nice. But you have to sign in into a tablet which I didn't know until walk up to someone. Then I wait a few minutes because the men in front of me didn't have an easy time signing in.I was like 14th on the wait listMost people around me complained amongst themselves about the wait. Some sitting on the floorSome leaving some saying they just had to go through it because they needed it. The employees I'm sure are underpaid and overworked so I can't be mad but still spectrum can probably afford to havemore than 2 employees, more comfortable seats and maybe some actual tv on there tvs. . I just came in to turn in my equipment

they only have 2 ppl working, they’re just talking and talking to the customers, they aren’t even helping. they are so slow at what they do and they charge so much, they say one price then the bill comes and it’s much more than what they told you. bad service

I called because my cable was out Friday morning at 9:30 AM talk to two different associates from spectrum little help they did for me asked to speak to the supervisor again no help from a supervisor they tell me it's gonna take six days before they can get a service man to come out and find out why my cable isn't working and they said I will credit you for your cable boxes and the days you didn't watch TV which will probably be about $12 so now for six days I am without television What a shitty cable service spectrum is if you have a chance to find a different cable company please do so unfortunately our association has a deal with spectrum and we have to use them

14 calls to get wireless service with no luck. I got here at 945. They opened at 10am. It is almost 11 while I write this. I still have 4 people in front of me. This place does NOT deserve the 1.5 stars that is has. I hope yelp gets with the program and gives companies like this the reviews they deserve. 0 stars

There's nothing really wrong with the Spectrum Service as I see it. What's wrong is their advertising. They are discriminating against me because i cannot speak Spanish. Every three days I get an ad that says how great it would be and how much money I would save ..all I have to do is buy the Spanish channels. They ought to offer the same price for the English-speaking channels.

This review is in regards to my latest mobile phone experience. I went into the Spectrum Indio, CA, USA office after having been presented with the mobile services by Priscilia. I further investigated online about the phone requirements. On the website it stated that an Unlocked Samsung S8, which is one of the phones that I brought in to get mobile service, was an eligible phone. However, upon trying to active the phone, I was informed that the phone was not eligible due to being bought at a retail store. This information was not stated and after delegating on how to move forward I decided to just activate an Unlocked iPhone 6. Moreover, the coverage for Mexico or any other countries is uncertain as it is a new service being provided. Hence, my review is based upon the initial implementation. Will reconsider a review once the mobile services have been in the market for several years.
