Don't recommend this place to anyone,I have never been to a place like this before, I went to do smog and there no receptionist for it just insurance rep.-and they don't take your registration for technician u have to look for the smog technician, u will feel like there separate businesses and they are the same one's ?terrible service trust me.

The woman on the phone told me she should could register my car with my surety bond only to waste 30 minutes of my time never showing up to her own office and then her co worker had to sent over to the DMV just go to the DMV if you don't have time to waste on unprofessional people

I have been on the phone waiting on hold for about half an hour now. There is no reason for it to take this long. A lady answered the phone then I had just asked her if she could tell me how much they charge for services and she then put me on hold and I’ve been on the phone ever sense. This is extremely unprofessional.

Friendly staff, they have always helped me out in the past with all of my DMV questions and issues. I prefer going through them rather than waiting in line at the DMV or waiting for an appointment, or sending something through the mail. With this place they make it quick and easy.

Not easy to find the first time. The sign blends in. Small quiet place. The waiting room has an odd odor, even w my mask. A combined insurance office & smog check station. $50.00 for passing, $20. For failing. No appointment needed. Very quick service!

Excellent facility and service advisors to assist with your smog, vehicle ID and DMV services.Simple location, halfway between I-10 and Hwy 111, west side of Jackson St (across from Indio DMV.)
