I dropped off my work truck at 10:00 am today.The company I worked for bought a new tire a couple weeks ago.The new tire was bad.I have to keep putting air.(has a small leak)The worker from this business told me it was easy that it was the stem.I also told them that the truck needs a new battery.I waited all day no one called me about anything about the work truck. I show up right before they closed.They didn’t do nothing.The guy said they were slammed today. They could’ve called me and told me they couldn’t work on it and I would’ve took it some else.They wasted my time.Now on my rest day tomorrow I have to find a place where they could replace my battery.

I became a loyal customer solely based on the manager, Andy. He has always gone above and beyond when I’ve needed car work done. He is very friendly and I don't feel yanked around when I just need an oil change. I also never give ratings if that tells anyone what I think of him and the business he is managing.

It took a total of 8hrs to do my oil change. I got there at 9am. It took them 45min to get to me. I was the 3rd person in line. I called at 4pm cause I knew they would be closing in an hour. Come to find out they hadn’t even started. Then I head over cause I knew they’re closing soon and the guy tells me he’s not gonna rotate my tires (by the way was included for the 69.99$ price) to get me out sooner. Like he’s doing me the favor! I walked out of there afree 5 pm. All around horrible experience. The only way I would ever recommend them is only if they’re your last resort. Even then I go somewhere else.

Gone here about 4 times always super friendly, call with any updates especially when they see something needs to be taken care of right away. Mngr Andy always super helpful & understanding I’ve told him my financial situation and he works with me. If I could do 10 stars I would. 100% recommend ?

All the employees that I have talked with at my local Ramona tire shop are polite, friendly, respectful and patient with me when I can’t readily explain what is wrong with my car (I’m almost 70). And when I pick up my car I notice that it runs better than when I dropped it off. I don’t remember ever taking it back for the same problem (yet), except for routine maintenance. When my car signals there’s a tire problem I stop by the shop and one of the guys will check them all and make sure they are all properly inflated no matter how busy they are. Thank you guys!
