Received incredible customer service immediately from the Owner after I experienced an equipment malfunction inside one of the bays I had used to wash my car here. I really liked that this self car wash automatically adds additional time to the countdown clock for me so that whenever time would start running out I never had to stop what I was doing to put my last quarter in and resume washing my car. I LOVED the r&b/soul oldies radio station that was bumping throughout the entire place with zero commercial breaks while I was here at 2am on a Friday night. It was loud enough to hear even while I was using the spray gun and dryer. This place doesn’t offer spot-free rinse tho, so the air dryer hose option is a must. Also, it charges $16.00 flat deposit if you’re using a card or your mobile wallet to pay. For $16.00, I would expect a spot-free rinse option to be available especially since you can’t use the spray wax option without it so your wash ain’t gonna last long at all here in the desert.

I recommend using easy car wash in North Indio. There's one thing I need to let everybody know. Is to be careful with the holes from the blow dryer. Recently I went to the car wash and I got scratches all over my car from the hose from the blow dryer. I've used the blow dryer before and this never happened but this time I got scuff marks and scratches all over my truck from the hose from the blow dryer so be careful.👎

I like the Carwash just wasn’t expecting the price to go up from $2 dollars to $3 dollars so I had to use my Apple Pay but I now I didn’t spend $16 dollars on 5min of timing I’m just confused how does the time frame for getting my many back if it was yesterday May 29, 2025 at 4:49pm and it’s May 31, 2025 still pending 🤔

the only service I was able to use was the water, whenever I clicked on the soap option it never came out, I’m not 100% sure if it’s actually their fault or I was just doing it wrong but I spent about $8 dollars trying to figure out of this works, I know this isn’t the owners fault so I won’t rate it lower
