Once again, we are happy to give a great review for PTW!
We came back after 4 years and my heart sunk when I was told Fernando was out of town…UNTIL I met Jose who is like a “FERNANDO, JR”!!
The outstanding customer service we received was worth more than 5 stars!
Every customer we met had the same experience!!
We’ve all said in today’s world, you can’t find good customer service…WRONG…WE FOUND IT IN INDIO!!!
We highly recommend PTW!
Fernando, Jose and TEAM…You guys are the BEST!!!

Nothing short of outstanding! They are actually what they claim to be; professional. Being what one claims to be is all to rare these days.
My experience was prompt, kind, and courteous service.
I also noted that along with their high standards in customer care, they also have high standards in their tires.

Fernando the owner is very courteous. The techs are also very nice. Fast, reliable, and honest service and prices. Other shops in the area are shady but this is an honest shop. Highly recommend for all tire, breaks, and wheels needs.

Woke up with low tire pressure on a Saturday morning. Tried 2 local places, both with several hour wait to patch a tire. Found PTW and couldn’t have been taken care of any better. Highly recommend them.

I just purchased a new car that I loved! except for the color of the wheels... With the recommendation of my service manager at Ford, I called Fernando. He was amazing from the beginning, quoted me a great price, was personable, and didn't try to upsell anything. Communicated throughout the entire job which was done quickly, he even put temporary wheels on my car so I would not have to be without a car. I gave him 5 stars because I couldn't give him 10. He exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I would definitely recommend PTW. Thx again Fernando, you are a Rockstar!
