The food is fresh and excellent tasting. Their tortillas are the best in the valley. They have taco Tuesday and delicious menudo on weekends. I won’t buy aguas anywhere else.

I have ate everything in the menu and it’s delicious. Real Mexican food. Both flour and corn tortillas are hand made daily. Carne asada Flour Quesadilla is my go to item. All Agua Frescas a bomb. Horchata, piña, Jamaica, Strawberry lemonade, cucumber lemonade, Watermelon, Cucumber with Pineapple. Menudo in the weekends. But the Breakfast burritos the BEST.

Was in the area and decided to stop in for a quick bite. Yes its at a gas station, but it is in a seperate area. Ordered a burrito de cabeza (beef head). The burrito is a good size with perfect meat to rice & bean ratio. Tried the green and red salsa's not spicy but good enough. Stayed and ate in there, it was clean had plenty of space. Will be back to try other items on the menu.

Wow what an awful place!!! And for them to have a 1st place in a food competition challenge no way!!! From the place being hot to the cook touching his hair and then touching the food with no gloves and him eating on top of the food he was making was not cool!!! And then at liquor store next to them the guy making the salsa on the counter with no lids is just wrong. Waited 45 minutes for my order. Place a change of manager or owner because damn it’s bad!!!

Finally found a real authentic tasting and fresh taco shop, with equally fresh tortas! Their tortillas are handmade. And the price is right! Wish they had other locations closer to Palm Desert, but it's worth the drive!

The best way that I can describe One Stop Taco Shop is an incredibly underrated and nostalgic restaurant with lots of friendly faces. I walked in with my family and we were immediately met with the kindest workers. We ordered our food, hungry and hopeful, and the food was ready before we knew it. It was so good! We got a random assortment of things including tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. I've always been a huge fan of bean and cheese burritos so I have high expectations, but their burritos exceeded those expectations. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for some bomb Mexican food in the Indio area!

Service!! I mean Service really sucks..I was waiting in line for about 5 min with out anyone saying, nothing or knologing that customers are there.... N then when we got our food ... Dam, the flour tortills were hard and stail... Chewing was hard... Not satisfied!!!

The food and service were incredible. One of the best salsa selections and we had a chicken salad, which was fresh (with avocado, tomato, cucumber, lemon and dressing) -- the chicken cooked and seasoned to perfection. But try the tacos and burritos. This is some of the best Mexican food you have ever had. The manager and owners will make you feel welcome. Can't wait to go back!

The food is excellent! The service is not! It's too bad that the great cooks that make such delicious tasty food be represented by young employees who don't show hospitality or put the customers first. My visit yesterday was a 4 instead of a 10 because of this issue. I really hope management takes charge amd corrects this. It's still a place where I'll go to eat.Thank youJack
