“Quick backstory.. driving to Havasu on the 177 near Lake Tamarisk and my daughter following calls to say her car is making a funny noise, pull over and I could already tell it was a rod knock.. had AAA tow it (kudos to them too) to Fiesta Ford. They managed to fix all the recall items but then tell me I need a new motor and they are backordered until further notice .. Rudy tried his best but can't fault him.. now comes Yelp, I find Kiko's based on the ratings and reviews. Call up and talk to Frank.. he recommended a tow company and had them tow it to the shop.. he confirmed the blown rod and found me a used motor in a day... they tore it open on Monday and done by Friday as promised. The shop is a little messy but to me as a boat guy, I like that because it means parts can be found. I forgot to mention this whole experience was done by phone because it's a 2 hour drive for me. I wish shops like this were more local to me.. keep up the great work guys!”

“Overall great experience. Monte and the team took my vehicle inspected it thoroughly and replaced one of the wheel locks that was missing within a timely matter. While waiting I noticed that they are quick with service and actually show their customers what the vehicles issues are such as dirty cabin and engine filters and give you the best prices they can offer. I highly recommend coming to Indio and HWY 111 jiffy lube as the team is amazing, honest, and professional.”

“This is great place good service and people I definitely will be going back. Update i no longer go there , the service has gone down hill. I wanted a month to get a replacement tire. They never call me back, I finally had to go her my rim because like I said I wait a month so was on my Donut. Not worth the trouble found a new spot down the road”
