went in 7/28 fainted after getting my blood drawn, Luis was beyond helpful. My husband and I really appreciate him and his patience, compassion, empathy. This facility is beyond great. Not to mention it’s so clean! Definitely recommend this location

10/10 recommend very friendly walks you through the process. Helps you understand things. Very welcoming environment. If ur getting blood work done or an expecting mom like myself this is definitely the place to go.

Gentleman at the front was very nice & resourceful. The best experience I have ever had getting blood work, didn’t even feel a pinch. 5/5 Great experience!

Great service . As a person who strongly dislikes needles, getting blood drawn here is easy, you don’t feel a thing. I was literally in and out within 5min . I strongly recommend this place.

Very nice employee, explained things to me and answered my questions. Tried to be as gentle as possible taking my bloodwork since I have a fear of needles.

Great service. Fast. Didn’t have to make an appointment and didn’t have to wait long at all. Very clean. Very welcoming feeling as you walk in. Doesn’t feel like a typical lab place. And very accommodating. They explained and answered all my questions.

I was treated very nice with respect and calmness. I felt comfortable with the clinic overall and I got admitted to get blood drawn out really quickly so that was great. I am really satisfied with my experience as it was my first time attending the clinic in Indio.
