With formula shortages been going crazy wanting to buy formula and stores dont seem to carry any. Found this store, website advertises they close 8:30pm. I called the store at 6:20 to confirm and they said they closed at 7:30 or 8pm (cant quite remember as its been about 2 weeks). Hopped in my car arrived at 6:50 just as an employee was posting a sign at the door for "Gone for a 10min break". No biggie, i could wait, so i went over to the bakery, came back 15 min later (7:05pm) and found the store closed for the day, lights out, metal curtains pulled shut...: sooo they need to get it together because based on other reviews they're not interested in making business.

The one girl, unfortunately I did not get her name, was rude. She has long brown hair usually always wears jeans, works Mondays. Her customer service skills are very poor. The attitude she had when she asked me "Are you getting everything?!"

I seriously went today there was this guy name luis on the register he was to busy doing some paper work I literally waited 15 minutes and he completely ignore me I ask him if it was going to take long for him to assist me and he said well it’s going to take a while like are you kidding me customers should always be first he really hates his job I had to walk out with nothing

don't go there they do not help u at all or try to the dont like to pick phones at all sum times bad help sum times stuff is nasty better off going some where else or a real store

This place there is someone always on their phone or they open late! They put a sign on their door saying I'll be back in 10 minutes and take 20-45min!
