ll. So we walk over to him. He then says, let's put all your Equipment. Which we piled the equipment. Then he says your missing a modem. I said their is no other modem we literally just went through their entire home as it's sold. He then asked for my dad's death certificate. When my mom is the initial account holder. Really there was no need for that, but I got it out. Then we call my mom about the Modem. She says they exchanged Modems because the one was not working a few years back and the person working at this same Spectrum store, which also was a very bad experience must of not put it in to the computer that we returned the non working modem so now they want to charge my poor mother who's husband just died on their 59th Wedding Anniversary. What a bunch of jerks for their mistake for a modem that was BROKEN! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THE MANGER Priscilla doesn't give a good example either.

The representative JORGE from the Indio CA store, a very kind young man, helped me a lot with my problem that I had, he resolved everything very satisfactorily, I even bought a large tablet that I had not planned to do, thank you

Laura, the woman with orange hair and piercings is far from demonic.. she was kind, helpful and handled my problem quickly and professionally. Mistakes were made in their end and she took care of it.. nothing but good things with her..so be nice.

I went in to get my new iPhone activated. Service was very fast Ismenia was very polite and very knowledgeable and had me in and out of the store in a couple minutes! Highly recommend this location to anyone

I was helped by this very nice girl her name was ismenia ,she answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail! I never had such great service at this location,I will continue going to her for future purchases. I took the home internet and it's working amazingly highly recommended and I highly recommend her as well.

I concure, Juan Carlos, goes above and beyond very patient ? and friendly service. The clerk's need to be spun up on ACP, we were able to do it in store luckily I was there to help the through the entire process. Thank God Carlos was very patient and professional with these guys I brought in from CVRM. God bless.

In April 2022, I bought over $400.00 worth of new phones and products from this store. I then hoped to apply for APC, a government program as I qualified. The woman Laura "helping" me had face piercings and neon orange hair giving her a freakish, demonic appearance. I had to come back NUMEROUS times, over 7-8 MONTHS of back and forth and waiting and my application ended up expiring, meaning I have to start the process all over again. When I did go in, she'd "politely" hint that I was an inconvenience to her. The loud rock or rap music in the store always made the atmosphere unbusiness like and made the process difficult. The last time I was in the macho manager dangled his keys in my face telling me I could leave. There are other MetroPCS stores and it's BEST TO AVOID THIS ONE across from Arco Gas Station in Indio.1-5-23PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BY CONTACTING ME WITH YOUR ROBO-RESPONSE. YOU COULDN'T PAY ME TO SHOP IN THIS SATANIC STORE AGAIN.
