I recently visited LabCorp and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless and efficient. Their prices are impressively lower than Quest, making healthcare more affordable for everyone. The staff were incredibly helpful and made everything easy to understand. Everyone seemed happy and approachable, creating a positive atmosphere. I cannot say enough good things about LabCorp. This is the place to go if you're looking for quick, cost-effective, and friendly service! Highly recommended!

Often goes to this facility for my lab work and routine blood work. Always full of people but with an appointment you get to be serviced fast. Efficient service from clinical scientists.

This is the 1st time I visit Labcorp. I made my appointment online. I wanted to pay out of pocket for a simple routine exam.
I was told I couldn’t pay here. They instructed me to pay online. I had to create an account. It’s just a routine exam. The three ladies at the front were just looking at each other like they didn’t know what I was talking about.
This lab makes it so complicated and stressful. I decided to go back to My Quest office even if I have to drive an hour to get there. I always make my appointment online and no problem.

My daughter had an appointment scheduled. Checking in was a breeze. The place is a little crowded but it seems like they do their best to be efficient and keep things going at a steady pace. We've been here before and it's always been that way. The young lady that drew blood named Faith was incredible. She was incredibly good at making sure my daughter felt comfortable and was so skilled that my daughter didn't even flinch when the needle punctured her skin. In my experiences when a place is dealing with this volume of patients, it usually seems like bedside manner kind of takes a hit. But not with Faith. She was efficient and comforting. The world of health care needs more people like her.

My mother had an early 6:45am appointment on Monday morning and upon arrival she informed staff she arrived and asked for assistance with the mobile check in. The gal up front assisted, so my mother assumed, only to see 3 patients go before her that had come in after her initial check in. My mom growing impatient decided to ask the staff when she’d be seen and they told her she didn’t check in and would have to continue to wait until other patients that had already checked in were done. My mother called me fuiste to inform me of the situation and I advised her to speak with a supervisor and because she was afraid it would delay things further she decided to let things be. I don’t understand why no one took initiative to try and rectify the situation. This office is notorious for mishandling situations with minorities who do not speak English as their primary language. As a person who works in healthcare it is very disheartening to hear that people are being treated poorly. I would hope that some customers service could be immediately implemented for future patients. As for my mother, I will no longer be booking her appointments at the Indio clinic.

This site does not say by appointment only Saturdays. It says appointment optional. I called and it also states “walk ins welcome” I showed up front desk clerk said “by appointment only here “gives me a paper that shows me how to make an appointment. B.S.!!!! Someone needs to let the patients know it’s by appointment only on Saturdays. I only have weekends. Now I may miss my medication till next month. Some one needs to say something. If I could put no stars, I would.

Frustrating experience. Maybe self inflicted by not knowing what to expect, but even so. It took me 3 hours to be able to complete a urine sample for a drug screening.I arrived to the clinic at 10 minutes to 9 for a straightforward employment drug screening. I walked in to a crowded office, and found the check in kiosks on the wall. Went through that process to get checked in, where it informed me that they would text me to let me know when they would be calling me in. Sounded convenient, and let me wait elsewhere, which I appreciated. Went out to my car to wait in peace, and received my text at 9:03. Much faster than I had expected, but great!Walked back into the clinic and proceeded to wait in the crowded room, and waited. And waited. At 9:30ish, I noticed my name had disappeared from the check in list, and I had definitely not been called. Had I been wiser, I would have spoken with one of the people working at the front at this time, but I didn't want to interrupt the fairly constant flow of people being called up to be asked for paperwork or with other questions, so I waited. At 9:49, still having not been called for, I opted to check in again. Maybe I slipped through the cracks, it happens. At 9:51, I get the text again, saying a technician will be calling your name shortly. So I resume waiting.I wait patiently until 11:30, a full 2 hours and 40 minutes have passed since my arrival. The clinic has thinned out significantly, but I've definitely watched people that have checked in long after my arrival already having handled their business and leaving. So I take my chance to speak with the employee at the desk to ask if I was still showing on their end, because I had disappeared off their scrolling list again. I was assured that, yes, and I would be called in shortly. Great. At about 11:38 the employee calls me back up to the desk and asks if anybody had asked me for any paperwork I may have. I clarify that no, nobody had called my name in the time I had been here, and had my information fully ready to go this whole time. I didn't see a place to input it at the check in kiosk, so I waited at the time. Maybe I should have gone directly to the desk in the first place.I was called in at about 11:43 to complete my screening, and was done by 11:55. Frustrating to say the least that I spent over 3 hours trying to provide a urine sample, of which most of it was spent waiting apparently pointlessly in the lobby while a "text when ready" system exists.
