We chose LA Sierra for the prices and most definitely not the customer service. Don't get me wrong, the employees are nice but focused on getting the installation done. If you have questions call Jr. St their other store near Upland, as he's a great help and knowledgeable.
The waiting is poor, but they have a lot of rims or wheels to choose from. They will probably have to order the tires you want, but if you're looking for specifics, most tire stores have to order.

Stopped here for air only. You would have thought I spent $1,000 the way they treated me. You can't find this kind of service anywhere. I will be back for tires for sure. Thank you guys for checking not just one tire but all 4.

Came here for an alignment a about a week ago and I was told by a Pepe's mechanic that I needed new front and rear control arms which they were going to cost above $1200 dollars. I Left home without them doing anything. The next day I went to my dealership and told them about the situation. I payed $175 for an inspection to see if I really needed to change my cars control arms. Thanks to my dealership they were able to tell me that nothing needed to be done, that my control arms were perfectly fine. I'm not sure why Pepe's mechanic's told me to replace the control arms. To be honest I believe they just wanted my money. Definitely can't trust no one nowadays. Not coming back to this place ever.

Great service, I took the my truck to add some new tires and a suspension that I had bought on the side. Pepe and his team were able to accommodate me on Christmas Eve. And they have Reasonable prices. I recommend them.

Needed tires on my toy hauler. I called and Pepe said he had the size I needed. When I went in they were busy but he has a plenty of very helpful staff to start the job within 15 minutes. I was in and out in 45 minutes. By far superior service and a great price. Pepe is the man!
