I called Krazy Kustom motorsports Feb 23,2021 and got Anthony who was very nice. I told him I had a NEW Cazador Golf car that was leaking oil he said he can have it picked up NO Charge for this and he will fix and bring it back. Had him take bolt I didn't know and had owners manual included in case they had to reference it in car and new windshield to install. He texted me back Feb 24th saying he found leak and fixed it . I asked to look at entire cart to be sure everything looks good. Did not hear back till I sent text on May 1st asking how are we doing with my cart? He said waiting on brackets for my windsheild and he will deliver back to me . He quoted me $288.00 but upon delivery the price was $428.00 . I paid it and let him know thank you and was just happy it was fixed. I went out March 12th and said my owners manual is not in the cart and my papers. Didn't take cart out till next trip April 9th and drove to town 3 miles and oil leaking everywhere dark smoke and fumes. I called and left message help .I got a text back March 15th saying one of my guys will pick up today. They never came said he got busy so April 23rd he said they would pick up. April 27th any update on my cart spitting oil again. April 28th working on it . Friday May 30th picture text to me . no call May 11th can i get an update it's been 11 day's. May 12th sorry back in town had to order the right part tried to get it local but no one has it done by end of week.May 18th he Anthony still answers my text I am hoping tomorrow I'll test drive it and fixed. Now May 24th it is in pieces and he sends me pictures that the seal gaskets need to be replaced and tear motor down to fix it . May 28th text putting it back together. Now June 3rd text he is driving my car and no more leaks for past two days per Anthony. I thanked him for such a great job he texted me he will make it a worry free cart before he takes it to me . Friday June 4th he said driver bringing it back and he is sending me another bill for $180.00 to pay . I said once he brings the cart ,I see my owners manual, and it drive it I will send payment. His guy came and said Anthony at funeral Boss out of town I have no owners manual and he demanded payment per Anthony first and not to give me cart till I paid. I paid he took the cart off it was filthy from head to toe. Oil everywhere I sent Anthony pictures. After a dozen more text he sent someone out to detail it on June 24th I said please be sure to give him my owners manual. Max is the guy who cleaned my cart and said Anthony didn't give me your Owners manual. July 10th last email never mailed my manual never called no reply. Today Nov 3rd 2021 have not heard or seen my manual. I would not recommend this shop at all. The address he gave me is closed and only because someone knew where he moved to they sent me in the correct direction behind the boarder patrol building is his new shop. No one in . Shocker.

Liars!! I was in Indio for 7 weeks working and my Tomcar needed some attention. I took it there 6 weeks before I had to leave, they said it needed a new clutch! I said ok let's do it. It has a Yamaha Nytro motor! Two weeks before I had to leave the owner said they had just got all the parts. One week before I had to leave I went in and they said they will have it done by the Friday I had to leave! Great! Not! I showed up Friday end of day and they hadn't touched it. I ask why. They said they could not find the parts. What! I was told by the owner they had the parts! Such BS and LIARS. I took my UTV and left. Within my 5 minute drive home I found multiple clutch's for the Yamaha Nytro online that had overnight shipping. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you would like to only use the place for storage! I will now buy the $200 part and do it myself when I get back home to where I live. Liars Liars Liars
