“I have been to Ferguson about 4 times for plumbing supplies, of which I know little about, but need to save some dollars by DIY efforts. Each visit was a joy, as I was treated very well, along with getting g some good free advice for the job at hand.Today I needed a bonnet nut to finish a shower cartridge replacement. Seems somebody before me deformed it using a pipe wrench and too much muscle. Anyway, Ferguson's Enrique advised they're only sold with a new valve, which I didn't need. Enrique went the extra distance and located one for me. What a good Samaritan. He saved me dollars and another headache. Thank you very much.Great service and great customer care.
