They didn't really completely fix the issue and they charged 150$ for 20 mins of work.
I had to get my mass airflow sensor replaced.

Quick backstory.. driving to Havasu on the 177 near Lake Tamarisk and my daughter following calls to say her car is making a funny noise, pull over and I could already tell it was a rod knock.. had AAA tow it (kudos to them too) to Fiesta Ford. They managed to fix all the recall items but then tell me I need a new motor and they are backordered until further notice .. Rudy tried his best but can't fault him.. now comes Yelp, I find Kiko's based on the ratings and reviews. Call up and talk to Frank.. he recommended a tow company and had them tow it to the shop.. he confirmed the blown rod and found me a used motor in a day... they tore it open on Monday and done by Friday as promised. The shop is a little messy but to me as a boat guy, I like that because it means parts can be found. I forgot to mention this whole experience was done by phone because it's a 2 hour drive for me. I wish shops like this were more local to me.. keep up the great work guys!

I took my 2004 chevrolet silverado in for a transmission and it's never been the same . I've been dealing with my transmission for the last 3 years . Kikos even put a "new" driveline and that made it worse. I am so disappointed with the service and the communication. Now I am in the process of putting in a new transmission and driveline. I have wasted a great amount of time and money dealing with this shop and We take all our company vehicles there, and we are still treated this way . Not good business time to move on .Update March 31 2023New OEM chevrolet transmission installed .New driveline being built due to the length and diameter . The driveline is now going from a 3 inch diameter steel to an aluminum 5 inch diameter. All this work should've been done in 2021 when my truck was parked at Kiko's automotive for over a month. SMH.Update 5-27-23Rear differential replaced due to the wrong size driveline installed by Kiko's Auto last year.I have replaced everything that Kikos auto has repaired or changed out.I paid over 3500.00 in repairs at Kikos auto.

Took my Nissan Murano here based on reviews. They did an okay job at a fair price on the new struts/shocks, but this revealed a new problem they failed to detect. Went back a couple of days later, they determined rear control arms needed replacing too. Said they would research and call me with a price. A week later, no news so I called this last Friday, said they'd get right on it and get back to me, still no word.

I was so pleased with the customer service, pricing and hospitality. They took me in immediately without waiting 2 weeks like most places around here. I will continue to bring my vehicles here. Keep up the great work.

2001 Jaguar needed #2 coil replacement. After getting to the issue it was discovered that the valve cover gasket caused the problem and Frank suggested that the gasket and all the coils on that side of the engine be replaced. They did a excellent job and the car is running better than ever!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

If I could give it 6 stars I would. Had some new brake pads and rotors put on when on vacation (I live in Idaho) and 4 months later I started hearing grinding again. Caliper was causing the pads to wear out prematurely, which was an issue not even related to what they did. I called them and they paid for $350 of rotors, pads, and calipers over the phone even though I was in Idaho which saved me. You can't beat that for customer service.

Took my corvette for a harmonic balancer replacement about a year ago and everything seemed fine after the install. I recently upgraded my radiator and noticed there was a lot of built up on the balancer so i cleaned it with a rag but noticed the bolt turned with my bare hand! They did not torque the bolt to the right specs so it started to come loose, luckily i caught it before it did any major damage. I tried calling them with my number several times but my call didn’t go through so i called with a different number and they answered immediately. Seems like they know they did a bad job and are afraid to confront me. I don’t recommend them at all.

My wife and stepdaughter were on their way from Palm Spring to our home in Memphis when the serpentine belt started to come apart. They manage to make it 29 miles to Kiko's front door when the belt finally broke. We pick them because of the reviews. They DID NOT disappoint us!!!!!! Super folks!!!! Honest!!!! They had them back on the road in no time. I want to thank them as one business owner to another.
