In the 21st century Kaiser still mails out passwords. 2 weeks and no password still. I cannot see lab results, dr recommendation or anything. So much money and they can’t figure out a better system?!??

Carlos Vasquez is the man. The King of Phlebotomy! I’m a hard stick and he found a vein where no one else could. Plus he was kind, thoughtful and extremely personable. Give that man a raise or make him a boss. Cuz he already is one!On a separate note, Leigh Shinn was amazing, as well. Thoughtful, kind and extremely thorough. Affirming in listening to my history and offered ideas and solutions moving forward. Along with my incredible Primary Care, Dr. Fernandez, just a wonderful, caring group of people.

I only gave it 3 ☆☆☆ because of the inconvenience they cause on Kaiser members like myself by closing from 12 to 1 pm for lunch. Really? Did the board of Directors authorized this behavior without taking into consideration that people like me also have jobs and lots of us take our lunch breaks to run for labs or pharmacy errands and even sacrificing our mealtime?? I've never seen this way of conducting business on a medical facility in my life. Why is it necessary for everyone to go at the same time?PLEASE THINK OF THE MEMBERS WHO PAY YOUR BILLS AND RECONSIDER.Thank you.

I have never had a pharmacy frustrate me so badly that I am in tears.I take eye drops for glaucoma. I became a Kaiser patient in May. I take 2 types of drops. I requested them July 17. The computer "lost"the request. I text my dr for help July 19th. Finally got 1 refill July 25th. I have texted my dr.The other eye drops have been "lost" and supposedly cancelled by my dr who I just spoke to yesterday.I have texted my dr 8 times since the 17th of July about my drops. I have talked to the pharmacy call-in center everyday for the last 5 days. Each time I was reassured they were being processed. Until today when they were "cancelled".The pain around my eye sockets without my drops are excruciating. I can permanently have eye damage. I already have a full blown cateract in my right eye that I can't see out of. I can't afford the 20% for that operation until I'm 65.At last after multiple calls the dr reordered my drops. Pharmacy message said filled come and pick up. The Indio pharmacy Did NOT have them in stock and neither does Palm Desert. Today is Thursday and maybe I can pick them up Monday.Meanwhile the eye socket pain is starting and I was told to go to the ER if it gets bad. Where do they think I'm gonna get the money to pay for that and extra money to buy the new prescriptions at a non kaiser pharmacy?

The lab is very efficient. I was in and out of there in about three minutes. Dinia took my blood and was very sweet. And efficient.
