There are still people with integrity in this world. Jackie is professional yet shows sincere interest in her clients. I recommend Jackie without any reservations. What she charges for her services is sooo fair, she does not take advantage of you like some tax prepares out there, especially the chained owned companies. I trust her 100% and thank her for helping so many.

Please make sure they use your correct address when they are doing your taxes. The lady wrote the incorrect address and I have waited almost 2 months to recieve my refund. I called personaly to find out what was going on after I submitted the change of address form. So now I have to wait another 6 weeks to recieve my refund. Just make sure that all the information is correct. Only problem I have had so far.
