“11/24/2023 Went to the bank to go make a quick deposit / withdrawal. My asthma was pretty bad to the point where I felt like I couldn't breathe. I had my inhaler with me. My teller had asked me if I was okay, if I needed some water. I declined, but then immediately knew right away, I needed it. She made sure right away after we completed with my transaction(s) that I left with a water bottle in hand. Kudos to her for taking quick action, and making sure I left with a smile on my face, which I did! I've had my 1st credit card with them since 2015 - low interest rates. Finally moved over a few years after that, since I had a few ongoing issues with 2 other banks. Not a problem since then! 24/7 customer service? I'll take that, too!!”

“I have to give this branch 5 stars Michael Smith is fantastic sadly he developed a relationship with me too late in my years of debacles to save me from leaving Schwab after 35 years. We only knew each other less than 4+ months pity I hadn't reached out to him sooner I blame myself for that .I tried to keep my accounts and Michael did his darnedest to get me through several months of issues but alas he could not control the noise, frustration ,rudeness and incompetence from the internal departments that I interacted with directly .I am grateful for all he did and if you use the branch I am confident Michael would be a benefit to your relationship with this company if you use him directly to address issues versus calling corporate .”
