These folks are terrific. I'm so happy I switched from the La Quinta UPS store to have my packages delivered here. They are always helpful and friendly. Hardly ever have to wait and it is so convenient.

This morning I had two packages to deliver, one that was not as much a rush, and the other which needed to go quickly, because it was perishable. I was waited on by Lizbeth, who immediately put perishable stickers on the package to ensure that it was delivered safely and carefully, and suggested the more expensive but faster delivery process with that package. I have always appreciated their prompt and courteous service.

Customer service above and beyond. What a wonderful surprise to call with a problem and have the person at the other end of the line actually sound like they want to help you. I was offered solutions with a warm friendly tone. You realize how seldom you hear that anymore. Only once home, several thousand miles away did I realize I had left items behind while visiting a friend. I have a FedEx account but my friend did not have a working printer. Alex told me, no problem, email the air bill to her, she would print it, prepare a box, take care of it all. My friend only had to walk the items in and hand them over. A huge relief for both myself and my friend. Good customer service makes you want to pay it forward, makes you feel like you still live in a civilized world. Thank you Alex. You're my employee of the month.

The nicest people ever, I needed to mail a package to England and USPS were less than helpful and their price to mail was extortionate The Postal connection ladies were polite, helpful, responsive and gave me a great price I will definitely be using them again for all of my mailing needs

We go to this store quite frequently, always good service, UNTIL they hired a new person, She is very unpleasant to deal with, looks and behaving angry. I am a very nice man, kind to everyone, but I have a difficult time to deal with her. So, there are a lot of other stores available..

I sent packages on October 12th. They said that they would arrive in 2 to 3 days. It is now November and still no packages and no idea when the will arrive!!! This is a FedEx problem and I will never ship fedex again!!!!!!

This is a convenient and friendly alternative to having to go to the post office or to a UPS or FedEx location. Staff is very helpful and they have some cute greeting cards and such for purchase. I would say that my only minor constructive criticism is that frequently there is only one person working the counter and some of the folks that make up the demographic here need a considerable amount of assistance, so often the wait times are lengthy, especially during peak season in the desert from Oct to April. However, I will say that I have witnessed the staff here being extremely patient and helpful to everyone, every time I've been in.

48 black and white pages printed in black and white, Postal Connection charged me $48 ($1 per page printed). I asked to see a price list. No price list was available. I called a local UPS and was quoted 18 cents per page for the same print job.Later....the owner has remedied the problem and I am happily using their service again
