Wanted side stripes painted on both sides of new car. I was sent there by I-10 Dodge. Estimator said they don't custom work when I showed him a pix of what I wanted. He said he'd check with boss who said no. I said it's not a big deal, you just mask it off and paint it. He said "if it's not a big deal YOU DO IT!" Estimator is a big jerk.

My very positive experience at I-10 Auto Body.It started with the first phone call to my last interaction with the Estimator, Adam Huff. While the ladies out front provided excellence customer service, which is always a good sign, to the guys performing the actual labor on my car repairs. With obvious support from the ladies, Mr. Adam Huff was an impressive Estimator. I'm sure Adam would agree that his success involves a total team effort.Adam, was on top of the situation from the very beginning. Adam took control working effectively with the insurance representative and his team to ensure that I would be completely satisficed when I got my car returned.My Tesla was returned looking brand new and it was hard to tell it had been in an accident.My experience was outstanding from the first phone call to Adam fixing and addressing any concerns I brought to him. My repairs were cosmetic and I returned to see Art Molina after he repaired my 2022 Tesla Model S when it was delivered over a year ago with some door alignment imperfections during assembly. Art is an exceptional General Manager who represents this business with utmost professionalism and courtesy. He communicates the options for repairs clearly, answers questions thoroughly, and is trustworthy and honest. Their pricing is reasonable and fully explained. Art has established a very friendly culture at I-10 Autobody that makes it a pleasure to work with them. I couldn't recommend them more highly!Services: Painting

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a body shop, my car is been since January 2023 and i haven’t got it back march 25, 2023 i call many times to ask for the process on my vehicle they always say 2 more weeks.. trying to reach adam can’t get a hold of him.. totally disappointed on this shop.. my only hope is to get my suv like new aince they are taking 3 months to fix it … bad bad badServices: Painting

My truck and a small boulder had a disagreement and the boulder won. I've used Fiesta Ford for a year now for service on my Ford f-150, very happy and thought I'd use their affiliated Body Shop. I walked in around 10am. The receptionist asked me what I needed and then informed me that the all the estimators were busy. There were 4 people behind her, all sitting around and shooting the s**t. I sarcastically asked if I was supposed to come back. She than said she would look at, came back in and had a quiet conversation with another woman. This new person came forward, introduced herself and said she would take some pictures and send me an estimate. We talked for a few minutes. She got my information and that was it. I'm 66yrs old and this is not the first time I have damaged a truck. I was expecting an estimate at around $2200 because of the aluminum body and the door needing to be replaced. The estimate I received was an insult. $6500. It includes removing the cab rear window, removing the cab body moldings and removing the whole truck bed. I have never seen such a heavily padded estimate before. This requires a new door ($800), some body work to repair the bed and painting. The estimate is for 41 hrs of Body and Paint Labor. I know paint supplies are expensive now but I just can not see how a gallon of paint and a gallon of primer is $1200. Needless to say, they will not get my business.A follow up to this interaction. . I ended up contacting my insurance company and filing a claim through State Farm.. I was told to take my truck to a very reputable collision center that when I lived in Los Angeles I had used twice before. The estimate submitted to the Insurance Company was $3500. Paint supplies are $450 on this estimate. Truck is in the shop being repaired. I like the daily text messages updating me on the repair status. I like the fact that I didn't feel I was a nuisance to get an estimate and them schedule with repairs. Sorry I-10 but the way I was treated was unacceptable.

I got into an accident with my Tesla late August. It took nearly three months to get the car back because of difficulty getting parts from Tesla. The whole ordeal was very stressful, but I10 Auto did an excellent job on the repair and providing information and updates while I was waiting. The craftsmanship, fit and finish are perfect. It looks like the car just left the dealership! Hats off to Iris who put up with my frequent calls. Also to Art and Adam for a magnificent job! I would recommend this shop to anyone needing body work!

Went for an estimate. Agent was not interested to listen to my suggestion that a simple repair could be done. He said we needed to replace the entire front bumper at a cost of $2 to $3,000 and he need the car for a week.We went to another shop who listen and actually got down on the ground to look at the damage. Got it fixed at the other shop the next day in about one hour for less than $275.

Almost 5 months this shop worked on repairing front end damage on my mini. Song and dance from the start. Even my adjuster couldn't get adequate communication. Ordered the WRONG parts on a consistent basis- excuse being they had to send someone from the shop to pick up parts from Ontario? . FINALLY Picked up the car, headlights didn't work and weren't set properly, the parking light on the front was improperly installed and drained my battery- no response from Art who I've called multiple times on this issue- the cars fluids not checked and oil wasn't registering so had the car serviced. Absolutely no accountability or responsibility from this. Quite a bit of money lost on car rentals and additional repairs- guess this will have to go to a different forum to gain satisfaction.

Had some collision damage repaired here. The damage and paint came out decent, no complaints on that. But the presentation of the vehicle was very disappointing. They only washed the one side of the truck that was damaged, an on top that they left wax or polish splatter on the windows and bumpers. A good amount of sand was inside the vehicle on the mats and dash, as if the windows were left down at some point. Also empty tape rolls, rags, trash and extra bolts were left in the bed of the truck. You would think a simple thing as to wash the truck, even just the outside to present it to the customer would be a no brainer. With that lack of effort on the little things, I just hope no shortcuts were taken on the repairs. Will not be bringing my vehicle back to this shop and possibly this dealership. Very disappointing.

Vehicle was in body shop for 6 months!! But not because of the body shop, it was Because of my insurance company. My new 2022 Tesla Model S needed some of the doors and "frunk" realigned. Although it's an incredible car, the finish on Tesla's have become notorious for needing attention upon delivery. The local dealership tried to correct the door alignment, but we ultimately decided it was best to send it to auto body experts.I-10 Autobody is exceptional for its professionalism, courtesy and expertise. The manager, Art Molina, personally picked up the car from the dealership, oversaw its repair and returned it to the dealer for me. I also want to give a shout out to the Estimator, Adam Huff, who is always so helpful on the phone and reflects the company's very personable demeanor set by Art.Because I am somewhat of a perfectionist, weeks later I called and asked Art if he'd have a second look at the passenger door which wasn't closing easily. No problem, and Art had the issue fixed at no additional charge beyond what Tesla incurred weeks before. He's a total pleasure to work with.This is the shop you want if ever you need auto body work!Service: Body & Trim
