I am going to give them a 3 because I like the staff and the service they provide, but the time you have to spend there is outrageous. 4 1/2 hours for just an oil change is too long to wait in a lobby. The closest convient store or restaurant is half a mile away and it's already to walk mid day.

Had a great experience as always. Benjamin, helped me get the proper tires for my 2016 Honda civic. He also made sure the oil change service was done. Both services were done in a timely manner. I am now on the road with ease of mind knowing I was taken care of by the unicars Honda team

Was in and out supper quick, went for a new battery and was out within about 15 mins, thank you Francisco the service advisor for the supper quick service!
