I've been going to IM pharmacy for years, never ever have I had any delays, miscommunication, and speaks volumes when it comes to a person's medication's, and there are all kinds of pharmacies all over this desert all the big box pharmacies Walgreens, especially they are horrible. Wayne and his staff are truly people that love to help people I absolutely and highly recommend this pharmacy for all of your medical needs. Wayne is available any time to talk about medication explain medication give his advice on medication and his staff are always there with smiles. So forget the rest and go to the best Indio medical pharmacy.!!

Lady answering the phone is rude. I was asking some questions and hung up. call lasted roughly 15-20 seconds. I would work on your customer service.

I can't say enough, or show the appreciation I feel for the last 40 years of excellent service I have received from Wayne goes way beyond the call of duty on so many occasions. He stops at nothing to help in any way he can. I feel like he saved my life about 20 years ago. I was driving back to desert from my sisters in las vegas she had given me a medication for a tooth ache Twenty minutes after taking the medication I had a serious drug interaction and couldnt breathe I called Wayne he helped so much mostly calming me down and instructions on breathing drinking cold liquid to keep my wind pipe open. For the next 3 hours I followed his instructions and lived to tell about it. thank you and may god always bless you . . .

This is a great pharmacy! They helped me out during an emergency, and went out of the way to make sure my needs were met, even inconveniencing themselves. They gave me all my meds quickly, and walked me through them thoroughly.

I have gone to many local pharmacies and for some reason they do not stock up with medications. Indio Medical pharmacy always has my medications in stock . They have everything you need there and have name brand without over charging. Wayne is an awesome pharmacist that is always there to answer questions. The ladies working up front are very professional and always nice. Thank you Wayne
