I called no less then 30 brokers about getting motorcycle insurance. Every single one told me some astronomical price. I received a call from Noemi and she was able to get it for me at a quarter of the price that everyone else told me. I can't say thank you enough

If I could give this zero or negative stars, I would! I went to resolve a couple of issues and add a car to my insurance and at the beginning, Noemi Garnica was already giving negative attitude. As I proceeded with the issues, she could not help but did not offer to even give me a direction to get my issues solved. Freeway has been my broker since 2017 and honestly I am regret giving those years to this brokerage. I will make sure to NOT recommend anybody. Very disappointed with the bad customer service!
