Hthe worst experience with fix auto Indio. Turned in my car June 8. Didn’t get it back till August 1. Was given four different dates of when my vehicle would be done. Then by the ends of July, I was called to be notified that it wouldn’t be ready until on or after August 8. But after complaining to fix auto company, I was told that fix auto Indio is a franchise. So they couldn’t do much, but take the complaint and open a case. When that happened my car magically ended up being ready on August 1. My boyfriend went to pick it up and gave the rest of the payment. After a couple of days, my bumper started to come apart. I’ve called them multiple times and my insurance, to try to fix the issue because now the moldings of the car are falling. Spoke to someone at the shop and was told that they have pictures and they’ll send a new supplement to my insurance. Yet til today I have not received a call back to get the issue resolved.

The service they currently provide is not what it used to be. Recepcionista will treat you like your not in there. Choosing them means experiencing delays and extended timelines for your vehicle's work. Furthermore, there's a risk of receiving your vehicle back with missing parts.

Thank you Bianca, you got me in quickly& and I appreciate you asking a tech to take care of me right away. He did a nice job temporarily attaching my bumper so we are able to travel home. I will have to bring it back for full service in the next week or so for the 3rd time. Im hoping that will be the last time i will have to return my vehicle for this issue. This experience has been very stressful for a few reasons. I do believe we will have the full incident taken care of next visit. I trust the best job will be done when, as I was told last month by fixit auto, that my insurance company may have to get a different bumper that is NOT after market so it will completely attach properly without further incident or inconvenience. I truly appreciate your staff& willingness to fit me in. I have been very sick, and the speed at which you took care of me yesterday impressed me greatly. Pls pass on my appreciation to the techs that did the job. Bianca you are the best!

Had my vehicle for a month while determining damages. Received a check for repairs from my insurance company. Ended up totaling my vehicle out anyways. Went to pick up my personal belongings and found they were taken from my vehicle. Almost two months after the accident and they still haven’t sent the initial payment back to my insurance which is causing my insurance to hold the payout for my vehicle.

Terrible craftsmanship and terrible customer service. Took our vehicle to repair accident damage through insurance. Mismanaged parts ordering and took 3x longer than quoted to complete work. After work was “complete” the body is still so crooked the trim panels won’t stay on the vehicle. They didn’t repair or replace the damaged gas cap filler door like they said they would. Every plastic clip that they touched was broken and not replaced. And to top it off they bent the hood trying to close it with the hold-up rod locked in and refused to repair or replace it. I actually visited this place for an in person estimate appointment. I wouldn't recommend this place, nor would I go back to it. To date, almost 2 weeks after, I never received the estimate of repairs that was supposed to be in my email on 3.29.23. Had to get it elsewhere. Poor customer service.

Very nice people to work with. Overall they did a good job, but were a bit weak on details. The body repair work was excellent, as was the paint quality. They forgot to reinstall the intake airbox and air filter, which I did myself. They didn't replace a broken electrical connector for the towing system, but I took care of it. And I found what appeared to be tape residue in the B pillars of the car, which I removed. All in all a pretty good job for a body shop, but they missed a few important details. I would definitely go back, the end result was worth the minor annoyances.
