I went there to pick up my great white tickets for an upcoming concert in February and they're having native American stuff going on and I went inside the arena and was amazed they were banging the drums and dancing it almost brought a tear to my eye. Very very wonderful event I wish I would have been able to stay and watch that I wish it was publicized more I definitely would have made a day I was coming back from Arizona stop there to got my tickets.

We bought our tickets online weeks ago. After we arrived in the area, we received a text about our tickets being ready. We drove to pick them up, and there no issues. The night of the concert was easy in and easy out, very respectful crowd and security was present and kind. Enjoyed it! Thanks, Fantasy Springs!

Went to a concert here. The venue was great. Parking was excellent, right by the venue. Accessibility to the freeway is another plus here. We had a great time.

I was here as an employer during the work expo. Greatly organized and timely. Great facility and geared to give everyone equal exposure to all the potential candidates present. This is my second year here and great quality employees were located and hired for our location! Thank you for hosting again this year.

So unprofessional, I will never come back to this place !!! the whole staffing team is a mess first They kick people out for not reason at all the security are on power trips. I asked them why I was being asked to leave in the middle of the show and he answered "I don't have to have a reason to make you leave" after I spend 700$ to watch the performance I paid for .... And then after he escorts us out and we are asking why we have to leave he then proceeded to detain my sister for no reason at all, just because she was asking why we were asked to leave. They detain her in a room with 6 men and just her self. And then proceed to tell me "we are on Indian land so this is ok to do" no that is never ok to detain a woman and leave her in a room alone with 6 men with no police involved or anything just their "security team" I would never recommend this place ever!! All the staff are very rude and unprofessional, this place is disgusting and you guys should be ashamed to let your "security " do that to people ....

Fantasy Springs is a venue attached to the casino of the same name. There is an outdoor stage that seems open but mainly this refers to the indoor events center.It’s modeled after a small arena with a layout of six floor sections and then bleacher seats on the sides of venue. IMO, the floor seats are only good if you can be in front three sections as back sections are pretty far from the stage. Side bleachers near the stage offer good views if close enough.What’s good: small enough to not be a major arena but bigger for touring acts. Concession lines went fast. Red wine options included a choice of Cabernet, Pinot, and Merlot. Bathrooms were clean.What’s bad: bottles of water are small. Bleachers are not steady making whole rows move if you’re dancing and difficult to get up stairs. Bleachers also felt unsafe, like they could collapse. Venue seems like a high school gym. Chairs were falling apart. No signs allowed in crowd for bands (bummer). Rude security staff. No signs showing where to go for ride share pick up.I can say I’ve been, and I don’t know if I will go back.

Great food at Pom...good service at Lit and an amazing Little Big Town concert. However I've been to a few concerts there and generally the crowd is lame when it comes to appreciating great music and is almost rude to the bands in that they just SIT!!!!
