Housekeeping is not included in this hotel!!!!We checked in on Sunday and were told that housekeeping would be every other day …. So no on Monday… but there was no on Tuesday either… on Wednesday we complained at the front desk and had to confirm several times that we did not put the do not disturb sign on our door …. Wednesday housekeeping it is …. Thursday no housekeeping …. On Friday AGAIN no housekeeping … we complained again at the front desk … they were sorry but housekeeping personnel had gone home … tomorrow there would be housekeeping for our room …. But we leave Saturday morning…And breakfast …. After 3 days of paper plates, a buffet which isn’t refilled at the same pace heust are eating ….. we had our breakfast outside …. But breakfast is complimentary at this hotel …..This has been a bad expierience - glad to leave tomorrow.

The hotel is fine... but looking a little 'used' and scuffed. Towels and sheets are thin and grey :( The in-room fridge rattles and gurgles all day and night, tiles in the bathroom are chipped and hooks in the bathroom are coming off the wall. None of these, by themselves are huge problems, but combined... it feels like things are a bit neglected here. If I return to the area, I will choose another place.

Nice, attentive staff on all shifts! Good variety for the complimentary breakfast. Good location to be near shopping and a quick bite to eat. The bed was soooo comfortable! Absolute heaven! My HUSBAND loved it and he hasn't been happy with a mattress in the 24 years we've been together!! We brought a wireless speaker to listen to music in case we needed to drown out outside noise from the hallway or the freeway which is nearby, but the room was actually pretty quiet. There was some kind of dog show in the area that weekend and we saw at least a dozen dogs during our coming and goings over the weekend, but didn't hear one bark coming from a room!It was a great place to stay and we will definitely be back.Walkability: There is a shopping center just across from the parking lot, Ross (had to buy a bathing suit in JANUARY so I could give the pool a try!) Big lots, Dollar treeFood & drinks: Vallarta market is right there in the shopping center to stock up on snacks and grab lunch and a margarita at the little cantina INSIDE THE MARKET!

Had to argue with front desk to receive the room I reserved. I booked a king room and when we arrived the front desk gave us our keys without telling us she gave us a double bed room. We had to take all our stuff back downstairs argue to get the king bed room we reserved. Time consuming and not good customer service. At night I took a shower and the water was luke warm and the water never got hot as I like to take my shower. Getting out of the shower I was cold. If I ever take a trip in the area again I would never stay there again and not recommend family or friends to stay there. When I brought my concerns up to the front desk in the morning she said there was nothing she can do.

Excellent, as always. Excellent location close to I-10 and lots of places to eat. Breakfast nothing fancy, but scrambled eggs, sausage, egg sandwiches, bagel. Hits the spot. Staff cheerful and professional. Highly recommend.Rooms: Rooms clean and well kept. Two large screens, sitting area. Highly recommend.

Service is great wishing for a Pepsi only have Coke.. No bar!! That's why I only gave four stars for the service location. You can get to stores, but no shuttles that I am aware of I would have used, but I also didn't

Nice staff. Hallways had noticeable debris scattered about. The doors are sadly very thin, which makes sleep a challenge. Luckily, the bed was a Supreme Dream. Soft, warm, and with the adjustable ac unit, it was crisp. Descent breakfast but was busy, which made plates a bit scarce. Overall, 5 out of 10.

During recent stay 9/21/2023 - 9/25 we rented a block of rooms for mostly Seniors. I stayed in room 231. Elevators were not working, we had to assist our guests to their rooms because we all had to take stairs. Rooms were not cleaned during our stay either. Front desk staff was not responsive to our complaints. I will never stay at this location again.Safety: Average age for those who I invited to my event was between 65 and 80 years old. We all had to take stairs to our rooms because elevators were out of order. This is totally unacceptable especially because we had to assist a few up and down the stairs due to their disabilities.

They completely screwed up our reservations.... complete nightmare. after making our reservations 4 months in advance they overbooked and told us they did not have rooms for us(we reserved 2) no manager on site no help given they routed us to their sister hotel 20 min.further away we got there and they did not have 2 rooms available only 1 room with one bed. If you want a room I wouldn't depend on this place..... very unprofessional.really zero stars would be more appropriate.

Credit for the room but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They brought the feeling like I was begging to stay. It was almost the 3rd day of staying, I called for room cleaning and they DID NOT appeared for help OR even give me the reason. I had to contact them 3 times and all I received is their ATTITUDES (especially the pretty front dest lady). The business could never go far if still keep those customer service like this!Rooms: Good!

Had reservations due to recent negative reviews, but our one-night stay was great. The rooms were clean and contemporary. The staff was courteous. Although we faced some minor issues due to a recent storm, like no WiFi and access card malfunctions, the team was responsive and helpful. Overall, a positive experience.

Not pet friendly. The Bon Voy app doesn't say anything about weight restrictions for pets. Military service member traveling across the country with kids in the hottest weather to see family and was told my dog is too fat to stay here. 18lbs or less, freaking ridiculous. The girl just kept saying it's on our website like she made it, and I was supposed to look at it. No apology. Why is there even an app. I called the 800 number, and they were having an issue re-booking a whole family last minute with a maybe 45lb dog because pet friendly is not with this hotel. Thank you, Hilton, for not fat shaming pets and finding a room last minute in 106-degree weather.

The a/c was not working properly in our room it was hot the entire time . My wife called the front desk twice, the staff did nothing to fix the problem.There's nothing worse than trying to get ready for a night out and sweating the whole time. On our way out for the night the elevator was broken , so we had to use the stairs we were already sweating from the hot room and now have to walk down three floors. The staff takes a hour and two phone calls to the front desk to bring any requested items to your room . If the hotel and staff were better it would be a good place to stay the night there are good restaurants only a 5 minute walk away and it wasn't overly crowded if you like a quieter kind of hotel.Noteworthy details: If your thinking of booking a room, don't save your money a pick a better hotel . It's not worth the headache or the money .
