Their customer service is amazing!!! Knowledgeable and willing to help out in a short notice. They were able to find my windshield in one day, while the other company couldn’t even get in a week. Professional and quality work. Thank you Express Auto glass.

Amazing service! Called their office yesterday and two gentleman came out to my work (in a Rancho Mirage) the next day to fix my Jeep Gladiator. Had two huge cracks and they replaced the entire windshield for a great price! Definitely recommend!

Great guys. We have replaced windshields on both of our cars and Express has done both of them. Their price is excellent, serve is way above and beyond. Customer service is also great. A very friendly service from a woman who contacted us for the job but a terrible development of the same, they left glasses on my jacket and they were not responsible for the sound equipment that they disconnected when doing the work, how sad that we have to go through that They were paid and that's it, they just don't take care of it anymore, but they are very irresponsible with the development of their work ??

Express Auto Glass was recommended by Autobahn Garage in Indio (another great local business, btw). I spoke with with Delores who was great at explaining my options when I needed to replace the windshield on my 2014 BMW 535. She was very friendly on the phone and she called me 30 minutes before Felipe and Adrian arrived at my house to do the work. Felipe and Adrian were friendly and professional, on time, and got the work done in less than an hour. They gave clear instructions on how to care for my new windshield and furnished me with a written receipt. Everyone was great from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I don't normally YELP but needed to say what a great pleasure it was to use Express Auto Glass. Delores was very helpful and friendly to work with!! And I can't say enough about Felipe the Tech, he was on time, very friendly and explained everything... very knowledgeable!! I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Dolores had AMAZING customer service! She was very friendly knowledgeable and efficient with keeping me up to date on my appointment. We are from Washington and were traveling through the area with our RV when we got hit by a rock which cracked our Ford F-150 windshield. We found a place to stay for the night, called our auto insurance company and got connected with Express Auto Glass. We had an appointment the next morning for a windshield replacement. The mobile techs arrived on time and the entire job was complete in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Express Auto Glass; I called Monday and spoke with Dolores, who is personable, professional, and went above and beyond to help my son, (who is serving active duty in the military), to get his windshield replaced in a hurry, because he needs to be up in Homer, Alaska for his new assignment by early July. Dolores was so kind and understanding; she worked it out for my son to come by the next day and that she would squeeze him in between 11-1pm, (it seems that someone was willing to work through lunch to help my son - that's amazing customer service and support); however, Dolores went above and beyond and arranged for the windshield to be repaired at our home bright and early the very next morning, which is today. Felipe, the technician, who came to replace the windshield, was prompt, highly skilled, and fast! The entire experience was great!Services: Auto windshield replacement
