Terrible place to do your Taxes, you make an appointment with a tax advisor and at the time you are there they tell you that your advisor is busy, that if you want to change your schedule since they don't have anyone available.??

I was there on Monday, since the people who work there told me that no appointment was required, it took 2 hours to arrive, all the appointments passed and I was waiting and then they told me that they were going to close that I should come back another day. They don't know how to work

Arrived Before Other People And Wasn't Helped Passed Up For Friends Of Workers Very Unprofessional And Unorganized Waited For An Hour And A Half Watching Other Walk Ins Enter Before Me Even Though I Arrived Before Them If I Could Rate Them Zero Stars I Would.

The staff is amazing! We've been coming here for about 5yrs now. They've not only done our taxes but have done immigration services for us and their prices are very affordable. They explain everything in detail and answer every question you have. Hugo has done most of our services but our family members have gone to other representatives also and have the same result with great customer service. Great place overall! ?☺️

Was going there for five years till this past year they messed up on my taxes and they’re still trying to fix them and it’s funny how they said that they didn’t messed up when we went through the whole paperwork and it was their error and up to right now they haven’t fixed the problem and in taxes make sure you do your research they might be clean and a little fast but that doesn’t make them perfect in fixing your paper it took six different people trying to fix my paperwork till someone found out what was really wrong with it will not be returning Ever again !! By far the worst place to do your taxes especially if you get the wrong person doing them !!
