I called this shop and spoke to Luis, I asked for a quote to do a body mount chop for a Tacoma. He quoted me $450 out the doorover the phone, when I went the next day to set the appointment and give him my deposit, he then told me it would be $850. After I told him we had spoken on the phone the previous day he hesitated then said he would do it for $650. I wanted to get this done at their shop, because they have decent reviews, but it seems they don't know pricing for the job I requested or were trying to rip me off. Luis if you read this I hope this doesn't happen to the next customer who asks for a quote.

Number 1 off road shop in the desert, i had a few problems with my Gladiator, bad axles, and did not drove straight,I was replacing tires every 6 months, i took it to diferent shops, they did not fix the issues ,so i took it to Luis, they did a full 6.5 Evo suspension, Currie axles, Fox reservoir shocks, Nitto tires and other extras to my Gladiator, now it drives straigh as an arrow. Will give it 10 stars.

Excellent shop. Had air ride suspension installed 3 years ago and then again more recently on a different truck. Each time Desert Cities Offroad did a great job. Clean work & installs. The owner knows his business and you can trust them to get the job done the right way!

I ask twice is that the full amount Went tGot a quote from shop owner on a yellow tablet paper. Owner said the was the entire amount of quote and job $6800.00Wanted a deposit of 50% but I ask if he could please write up the quote on a document that had his shop logo on it. Said he would do that and get it back to me by closing off that day. A week later I got the document and it was for a $1000.00 dollars more than he had told me twice everything was included on the paper he gave me originally $7,800.Won’t do business there .

Luis is awesome, he does really clean work. Got my 2nd gen tacoma a full Icon suspension, front and back adjustable reservoirs. I also purchased 4 icon rims and tires from him! SUPER happy with the results.Services: Steering & suspension repair
