Nora is the BEST at neighborhood, Indio's CVS in the Ralph's, Citrus Shopping center. She's Friendly & very, helpful. Always happy to see "you" as regular, customers.

All the reviews about how poor the service is.. 100% true. Please, if you've any choice about which pharmacy to use, don't use this one. Maybe you need to call them, or your MD needs to call them, they will either ignore the call or just hang up on you. Seems to be the culture at this pharmacy.

I frequent CVS so when we moved near this one I was happy to still have a CVS close. I have had nothing but horrible experiences here. the staff are so rude. I happened to go twice today, once this morning to pop in for two energy drinks. Could not use the register because there were no staff there so after I finished at self check out, and was almost to the door, a woman manager(I'm assuming) starts yelling after me asking if I need help. I told her I already paid at self checkout and went about my day. When I realized I needed something else, I stopped in this afternoon. I grabbed my needed items and then browsed to see if i wanted to pick up anything else. Well come to find out the two cashiers get a phone call from the office and start staring me down it was making me extremely uncomfortable. Then when I paid again at self checkout one of them was standing behind me watching me checkout. I HAVE NEVER experienced anything like this before and it made me so uncomfortable that I will not be back. Additionally, since that is the only CVS that is convenient and close by, I will be cancelling my care pass and they'll be losing my business altogether. Honestly, do better.

I wish all people leave bad feedback to this pharmacy can go to work in the pharmacy just 10-15 minutes to know how hard staffs working to have the medicine for their valued customers. They don’t have time to drink water or go to restroom. They work continuously 4 hours without a minute of break. When they leave for lunch break, customer keep come to pick up medicine and ask them to help, not happy if they say it is lunch time for 30 minutes. They are human, need to take a break, just a short break of 30 minutes of continuously standing.

I have been going to CVS for years for all of my drugstore needs, inoculations, cards, prescriptions, etc. The staff and pharmacists are always friendly and helpful.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone @ the pharmacy and the store and they answer the phone just to hang up on you. I’ve wasted 2 hours, going somewhere else.

Its a joke and misleading advertising!! CVS is a Drug Store that has a pharmacy. Not a Pharmacy!! They should not call it CVS Pharmacy!!! So when they advertise "open 24 hrs" it is the Drug Store that is open. NOT the pharmacy. The pharmacy closes at 5-6pm ?♂️

CVS assistant manager Ashley did not have time to help me with my discount. I asked for help with my photo purchase. Ashley said " no you didn't do the discount property." She wasn't willing to help. This was so disappointing. Ashley didn't show any management material. This CVS has a lot of traffic so its important to be kind and persistent.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We just waited in line at the pharmacy for over an hour behind ONE person. 5 cars behind me and we all ended up backing out at the same time. It was ridiculous. The people had insurance issues. If there are issues like that…they should leave the line and come back when it is solved or call. Not make 5 cars wait an hour just to end up leaving and not getting the things we need
