“My main credit union is in Washington DC and from time to time I need to use a shared banking location to be able to deposit money to my accounts when local ATMs do not accept deposits.

My Navy Federal ATM also does not take deposits here in Palm Desert, so I was happy to locate this credit union not far from us, down by Avebue 42 and Monroe.

I decided to open an account so as to receive full service banking. The location is great with plenty of parking. The staff are really helpful.

In no time I had confirmation of the process for verifying identity and I was able to select an identity protection layer of security.

They sent me several emails to alert me to the progress of transferring some miney into Sun Community from my credit union.

They have a drive through and a walk up ATM.

I suggest using the outdoor ATM in daylight hours because it is facing toward Avebue 42, but not terribly public so you could be seen in case of an emergency.

This is a great resource as so many different credit unions can take advantage of a shared facility and make life easier for us.”
