These guys got us in right away. We just bought 2019 Newmar and it had a bad def sensor. Spartan called Coach net and coach net referred us to Coachella truck. They got part next morning and installed a pain in the but sensor to get to. Thanks for your help. We appreciate what you did for us. Met the owner and he is super cool person

WARNING! Total rip off shop,my RV had to be towed out because they damaged the transmission when it only had a fuel issue.They admitted to damaging it but refused to help fix the issue.The owner Andy doesn't know what his tweeker employees are doing and is clueless to what's been done or needs to be done on customers vehicles at his shop.They blatantly lied about multiple things such as airing up my tires and replacing my batteries, which was easily checked and never done.They'll rip you off, damage your vehicle then block it in until you pay the over priced bill for work that wasn't done. Andy has no honor in his work or business,which is now moving location and will pop up somewhere else to rip people off.

My 5th wheel trailer dual axle tire's being broke and the tire came off, thank God while we had stopped to fuel. It was a holiday, AAA didn't respond, and my sister found their number on Google search. They responded immediately, had us bring it right over and it was repaired the next day. We feel that the price was very fair and we are more than happy with the customer service! I recommend them wholeheartedly. I will definitely go to them again!!

I run a trucking company, and called these mechanics in the middle of the night for an air issue, they took great care of our driver when no one else would come out ended up being a brake can. Thanks for your help.

Stay far away. I would not recommend this place to anyone that needs RV or Truck engine or general repairs. If you decide to hire them, make sure you get the written estimate in “Writing”. Don’t let Steve say the door is locked and he will call you before he starts the job. Wrong! Mistake! He will give u the bill without your written or verbal authorization. Very disappointed with this company!

A very dishonest Company! Steve the mechanic cleaned than hooked up all our battery cables wrong to our Monaco RV. Causing time wasted DAMAGE to RV electrical system. Immediately after his work we drove the Monaco down I 10 from Joshua Tree Ca. Yes the coach shut off Power to engine. Leaving us going downhill with minimal control of vehicle!!!!! A Dangerous sitiuation. Owner never offered a full refund for faulty work. This company after this incident Only cared about is up selling expensive parts. We purchased new batteries from this company. Yes they installed those all wrong again. This time another shop found the problem in minutes of looking at battery cables and switchover switches all installed wrong. Stay Away!!!!!!!!

I am really grateful for this company and wanted to share our experience. There's not a lot of places that are even willing to work on our Diesel Pusher and this is one of the only places that we could find. We drove to their location and had our breaks checked. The mechanic did a really through job and said our breaks were good but our back wheel seal was leaking. That was a really important thing to catch and fix right away and also what was causing our break performance to go down. They could have ripped us off but they were honest, fit us in and got the job done. We left feeling like family and will definitely go back to see them again. The owner and his son almost died recently in a head on crash and are putting all the pieces of themselves / and the business back together again. I really admire their strength and resolve through so much pain and difficulties. There are some bad reviews because of this time period and I wanted to get on here and say... don't let the negative comments keep you away. The owner is back and things are flowing smoothly again under his management. His family has been helping him out and just doing their best while he was healing. This shop was a legitimate blessing to us. We are back on the road with our breaks working smoothly and our wheel seal fixed.

TOTAL RIP OFFS & VERY DISHONEST RV & TRUCK MECHANICS!!! I do not recommend this company nor it's employees. If I could give a negative (-5), I would. They lied to me from the very beginning and even though I saw their low Yelp Ratings, I gave them a chance. Huge Mistake!! They not only lied to me, they misrepresented what they promised to me. I asked for a Written Estimate after Steve (Mechanic) was specifically told what I wanted. He claimed that the main door was locked and the owner wasn't present. In fact, when I called today, the owner was still out. He promised he wouldn't start anything until he got my authorization. Wrong! Lied!! They started without my written authorization!! The mechanic Steve clearly told me that I would have my RV Oil Changed with the Service and he would also check all the other fluids and replace the one ones that needed to be done. He was suppose to replace the generator oils/fluid (not done). He only washed it down. He asked me what type of oil I wanted and I told him the recommended one for our RV and he said he had it and would take care of it. Bottom line, he claims he spent 5 hours when he never called me before he did the work. He promised he would call me with the estimated price (never called me). He finally gave me a huge $1000 price tag and sat on my RV front door not moving away until I paid in full. Wow, total Rip Offs and Liars!! Stay as Far Away from this Dirty Filthy Disorganized & Dishonest Place!! Never Again!!

This company is very Unprofessional and Unknowledgeable they claim it took them 8 hours to change a water pump in a rv i had broken down in just out side indio. They said they do not know a thing about gas engines and that is why it took so long then the mechanic told use he had only worked on it for maybe a hour here or there then when we left we hada huge vaccuum leak so i rv could not idol and need or run right needless to say they did a very poor job for 1300 i strongly recommend anyone in the coachella. Valley. To stay away from this place

Women RV’ers be cautiousI was grossly over billed by this company luckily I did not have them do the repairs. The repair person kept repeating you have insurance. Unfortunately I told Allison at their office that my insurance company gave me their phone number. Big mistake. She told me what the charges were going to be she never said there was a two hour minimum. My bill was $496 for the person to hook up their computer equipment and takeoff a actuator arm and reinstall it. I had other mechanics look at the bill and told me I was Wayover billed by them. I was a single woman stuck out here with a broken RV. When I first talk to them they did say they were mobile, then the guy tells me they can’t do the repairs unless I have it towed 30 miles to the shop and go stay in a hotel. I didn’t do that I found a very nice diesel mechanic that took care of it right here at the RV park.

I needed a brake job done on my RV as I was selling it and the buyer wanted to take possession quickly. Alex checked all brakes and replaced what was needed within one day. I have taken my rv to several other rv repair places in the Coachella Valley and wish I had found Andy sooner.

This company was so quick to get to me after hours. I called around trying to get a hold of any company and every other company was closed except for Coachella Valley Commercial truck repair. They were very knowledgeable and we're very prompt on getting me out and on my way.
