Credit card reader on pump's don't work, I've complained several times with no action. No option for car wash, so you don't get ADVERTISED 20 cent discount. Car wash is good!!

I come to this place all the time but it's usually on the mornings and mid days never anytime after 3pm and they always have great service excellent staff and I've never had a problem..but today I was drivin and I stopped by grab some stuff and I had to use the restroom..I'm a diabetic by the way and one of the things of being a diabetic u have to urinate a lot I asked for the keys and she asked me to get in line first as which I just finish paying she gave me an attitude and to make it worse u don't need the key they push a button as I was in there for no more then a minute the cashier knocked on the door and asked if I was done cuz there's a long line mind u I was in there for no more a minute maybe less like 45 seconds..I was really Insulted and embarrassed but as I walked out I notice the person in line was her friend she was chitchatting with when I walked in so she asked me to hurry cuz her friend needed to use restroom..That is very rude of her and I will never stop by there I couldn't even get a im sorry or nothing I didn't know I had a time limit to urinate while her friend took atleast 10 minutes and There was another person waitin and she didn't say anything and I kno she took a long time cuz I'm waiting in my car writing this and she just got out

As a rideshare driver at night I need gas and a bathroom brake. The attendant was rude and mentioned that "There is no bathroom at night" very unpleasant. Stay away from this location (Madison) next to Neil's Lounge. Go to the one at the corner of Washington and Hwy 111. They are really polite and we all can use the restroom.

80980 Us Highway 111, Indio, CA 92201 ... Disgusted and outraged how any person that deems themselves a manager could pull open the door to the establishment and scream "get that s*** out of my store" to a guest in front of other guests and the cashier! Wow! Sadly... The cashier had to tell other guests "sorry, that's my assistant manager, she doesn't get along with people and she's like that" OMG! C'mon By the way, while driving out it was very apparent the so called "assistant manager" was sniffing a white substance in the front seat of her car. Wow, lost for words.

Five star because the cashier named Cindy their is, very pleasant. She always has a smile and also greets customers as they come in. Very important for customer service. Now as for the management, completely utter trash. Some of the other employees are very rude and at times roll their eyes when you are trying to correct them on their mistake. Just wish the store was managed better.
