Hey chase, thanks for locking my credit card that was in totally good standing on this veterans day. Treating me like scum and a criminal when I came in to a branch to fix it was a great bonus. Anyways, great work today. You literally added +1 to the number of homeless veterans in this country today. I'm be thinking of you as I try to sleep in a parking lot tonight.You're dedication to the cause is quite impressive as well. This will be the 3rd night I've ended up on the streets because my credit card was arbitrarily locked. Keep it up and you might get me killed or assaulted at the very least! Thanks again from a grateful veteran! Semper fidelis!

Every time I come to chase I am always greeted with a warm welcome by the associates, but in particular I’ve had such great encounters with Angelica ! She’s super helpful & accommodating!!! I’ve been to different locations here in the valley and this one here on Jackson has to be my favorite !!Angelica thank you for taking the time to help me out and be patient with me and all my questions !

I've deposited a few times here and idk why I haven't learned my lesson that the ATMs don't work properly today it ate up the cash I deposited hope they fix it

Was on the phone with Pedro Escobedo call got disconnected some how i tried calling back they never picked up. Same thing as the other chase bank in Indio hwy 111 they dont pick up the phone no matter what time it is.

If you can try to avoid this location. No customer service whatsoever. Even the manager Daniel Torres was bluntly rude and argumentative.

The drive through ATMs are FILTHY. It’s disgusting just looking at how dirty they are. Obviously they aren’t cleaned regularly.
