I am one of the students in this class and my coach puts a lot of time to teach us on how to defend ourselves when someone messes with us and this is a great place thank you. Highly recommend for self esteem and to build character. His son and daughter are very helpful and help teach the class. This is more than just a class. It's family.

I have one month training Jiu-Jitsu and it been great. Coach know what's he's teaching you and encourages you to train and compete. The condition you get while training is insanely awesome. Everyone is willing to help you in any way they can. The month to month no contract and price is great.
