I have to give a shout out to Pancho and Santiago, the owners of this shop. Pancho met me and the tow truck driver at the shop Saturday evening around 5:30 PM, LONG after the shop had closed, to receive my vehicle which was a tremendous blessing.The Tow Truck driver recommended this shop saying how many times they have helped other people after hours who became stranded.My transmission had blown out and by Monday morning, they ran a diagnostic, confirmed the problem and provided me with options. By mid week, my vehicle was repaired and it has been driving great for the past 4 days.I highly recommend Pancho and Santiago and their shop and am so appreciative of their willingness to go above and beyond on the Saturday I brought the vehicle in.Definitely recommend them.

Great quality service. I called to get an estimate on price and Pancho assisted me. He was honest and detailed on services. Went it to get a diagnostic got a call back and again was given great service.Everything was explained perfectly and prices are reasonable. My car got fixed within one day. When I picked up vehicle Santiago assisted me and he was also friendly and reviewed invoice and warranty with me. I trust this place and highly recommend.

This place deserves more than five stars. This is the best auto repair shop I have ever gone to. Santiago, Pancho and Israel showed me exactly what issues needed to be addressed on my Subaru Outback. They had me come with them to show me what needed to be repaired on the car. Seeing the issues for myself and having them explain why certain things weren't working instilled confidence and trust in me. They explained what my options were, and gave me alternate lists of what the repairs would cost me, depending on which repairs I felt were most important. I am moving out of state, and decided to have all the repairs made. They communicated with me very well, were clear, respectful and efficient.

My car's engine seized 50 miles west of Indio, and I had the good fortune to be towed to Santiago Cruz's shop. He was incredibly helpful, and his crew know what they're doing. He is a fine person, mechanic and shop owner with a ton of experience and a heart of gold. Thank you, Santiago!

Certified Smog & Auto Repair has two owners Santiago and Pancho never fear as either Santiago or Pancho will take great care of your Trucks or Cars from your engine rebuild to your tune ups and or oil change and lets not forget putting it right for your smog, that they will take care of if needed .My husband and I have been having them take care of our trucks that we both have for a few years and with out their expertise well i do not even want to know that they may both not have made it.Last week at night we had one towed and Santiago arranged to have it taken care of as we love our trucks . But it was worked on the next few days and now back home thank you "both Santiago & Pancho".

Guess I'll be the first to give a one star. Diagnosed my car as needed a new engine. Took it else where for a second opinion. And that shop fixed the issue. $3k saved! They might have 5 stars, but doesn't mean their honest. Do you're homework if your car breaks down! Because you might be taken to the cleaners for unnecessary repairs haha

I recently had an oil change in LA and they did not secure my underbody cover properly. I was driving to Phoenix and just outside of Indio it fell partial off and was dragging beneath the car. We were at a lost as to where to go because the car was not drivable for any long distance. I called a mechanic shop and told them my situation and they recommended I call this business and ask for Santiago or Pancho. Santiago said to come by and he would help us. When we arrived he was very busy but took the time to address our issue quickly. Much to our relief he had us back on the road within 30 min.We were so incredibly grateful that he took the time to assist us kindly and quickly when he was very busy. Please do not hesitate to use this business. I am grateful the person we first called knew just where to send us. Thank you Santiago!

I've experienced car difficulties before and as an individual that doesn't know about cars a whole lot, Victor, a technician or owner at Jiffy Lube was beyond helpful. Obviously, out of my depth in this department but Victortook the time to point out my vehicle milestones, and maintenance that's required at a certain times. (I mean literally, he walked me to my car and point led things out) What they were unable to accommodate at the shop he was happy to refer out, but again, as I'm out of my depth it's always a fear of being gouged because I don't know what prices are for certain part however he was very helpful again in that aspect and showed me the price differences. Making feel comfortable and making my need move. Cars are expensive, but he made the experience less frightening and ease. Plus my car runs great now. I have other adjustments to make but at least I know where to go and what needs to be replaced so I'm not taken advantage of. Thanks Victor @ Jiffy Lube.

Thank god for these guys! I was driving through Indio when my front axle completely broke on my old Subaru forester. They were able to take in my Subaru immediately, get it fixed within a few hours, and charged a very reasonable price. They were friendly and communicative and showed me exactly what had happened. Highly recommend this place!

My car broke down on the 10 freeway heading towards Scottsdale Arizona outside of Indio. Two women in a vehicle by themselves not knowing where we were was stressful enough. We had a fantastic tow truck driver recommend Santiago. We called Santiago late almost at closing, and he said he would wait for us. We were almost a half an hour away. He waited checef my car out got it back operational and running within an hour. His rates were extremely low and he was just fantastic. I cannot recommend his services enough. I have an Audi Q5, and typically only bring it to Audi service stations, but I will drive two hours from my home in San Dimas California. Just to have Santiago now work on my car going forward.

Santiago + Pancho and the team have went above and beyond to fit us into their extremely busy schedule. We had a dead battery which led to discovering a failed alternator due to a failed vac pump. Santiago dug deep and found all these issues which the dealership failed to do. Not to mention he also allowed us to stay on property since we live in a converted RV. Thank you for your kindness/support and mechanical expertise to get us up and running. Dennis.
