AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE. They’re cheap and have ATMs that are always out of order. As soon as I inserted cash, the machine decided to power off on me w/ no receipt. This will definitely be my last month banking with BofA.

This particular branch of B of A has terrible customer service. Every time I go there to cash a check from their bank they make it a hassle and are rude about it. If I could put zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars, I would… keep in mind it’s 100+ degreesMy car battery died in their drive thru and none of their employees would help give me a jump…. To get out of their drive thru….It’s really sad there aren’t people at this branch that have any empathy for someone stuck.

Bank of America has continued to digress when it comes to fast, efficient and friendly customer service... it's unfortunate that there really aren't many choices these days ... they offer many services, but it always seems like they're short handed or are not willing to really try and please the customer...

Can never get anyone on the phone, ever. I wanted to talk about a loan and a loan pay off but since I can't get help to answer a few questions before I make and appointment.....EDIT To B of A reply on 03/16/2022: I do not use, and stopped using, social media for a number of reasons. I hope that the local sites can have more customer service available.

Trying to close an account is like getting out of a gym membership. I am currently on hold since the one teller in the bank would not close the account. Don't these geniuses know this kind of treatment just make people hate them. Brian Moynihan must be proud of the crappy job he has done.

My mother walked in to close her checking account and the representative that helped her told her she can close her account online. My mother than called me and I spoke with the rep over the phone he assured me he would assist her. I explained to him that I have logged in to her account and you can NOT close an account online he then sat her down on the phone inside branch so she can wait on the phone with customer service. Time to send employees to customer service training!
