Customer svc has improved at this location!
06/14/2024 11am or so,
Seem like there was only one cashier and he was having a lengthy personal conversation or rather listening to a lengthy personal conversation from a alleged customer.
Whereas I came into purchase several items and drop off some used oil I asked the first employee I saw if I could dump my oil he could not answer he looked confused I immediately looked around and asked another employee and he took my container to empty it.
Then the agonizing weight check out no one seemed to want to be a cashier The guy that assisted me did not seem like he knew what he was doing he did not ask me if I won to use my rewards account I insisted on my veterans discount which I think he applied but I'm not sure I haven't checked my receipt yet.
I wish them good business but I seldom do business with AutoZone anymore because of these type of incidents that seem to always happen at their stores.

Juan C was such a great help! I came in and let him know what I needed for my Highlander and he got it all together quick! He was super polite, very knowledgeable and made it easy. I spent no longer than 5 minutes in the store. Thank you again Juan!

Came in to get some snow chains last minute for a trip to the mountains and also needed new windshield wipers. Roger gave amazing customer service! While helping me find the chains at another store he was still greeting every customer that came in the door as well as answering customer questions with the self checkout. As someone who has worked in retail my whole life I understand how a store can get busy during rush hour. Roger still managed to help everyone that asked for help and did it with such a friendly attitude. I will definitely be going to this location from now on. I would also like to mention as a women I appreciate he was honest with me on what I needed and patiently explained everything.
