Stopped by to fill up and pick up some ice @10:45 on Sunday 8/11. Went into then store and stood in line to make a purchase… and stood in line.. the line builds behind me… the one clerk/cashier is deeply engaged in a conversation with a friend and has no intention of stopping… so, we wait… and wait… she keeps talking to her friend though there’s obviously a line of customers… but nothing’s going to drag that clerk away from her friend and back to work. I left without making a purchase. This AM PM in Indio for you.

I come here on a regular basis... and I said sorry even after he accused me of being pushy.I wish I could give zero stars for the experience I just had on Christmas. this man named John was extremely rude and dismissive.Upon me asking him for a specific product behind the counter in a quick manner, he replied, "don't push" me in a rude manner.He ignored me saying, I was a pushy person and to check my lottery tickets. He walked away from me and continue to help other customers while I stood there, he just told my wife to step out of the way while he assisted another guest. I also was trying to turn in cash a lottery ticket, and he told me he doesn't do that but I can go wait at the machine and do it myself.To which, I say no problem and I do it. He then is continuing to be rude and confrontational because I left my tickets at the machine for him to double check and scan next to his register.He said, "what do you expect t me to do with those, bring them to me." While the tickets were within arms reach of the register. I walked around the counter to give them to him because he didn't want to reach over to grab the tickets.He wasted our time then refused service, so I'm this cause we will speak to the manager tomorrow I said I just wanted three pods and here's a winning ticket. He refused service and told me I can come back tomorrow. This man needs to be fired Other customers came up afterward and said they couldn't believe how he was treating us.

If you are stopping to get gas... There are always several pumps broken with the yellow cover on the handles. Many times you try to put your card in and it won't read it. If it does work, I would say half of the time you have to go in to get a receipt if you want it.My biggest annoyance is when I go in at 4 AM and there is no coffee made. I'd much rather go to Starbucks but it doesn't open till 430. I stop in probably four times a week for coffee, but there is only coffee made half of the time which was the case this morning again.Last year at this time, it was never a problem. I guess all of this comes with staff shortages.

Thank for the the gas truck driver filling up the gas container at the gas station, for helping me with my flat tire and referring me to America's Tire Co. where they checked my tire and fixed the leak caused by a screw for FREE.

This has to be one of the worst ampm's I have ever been to. They are constantly looking for employees and it's obvious why. You can go in there sometimes at 2 AM or 3 AM I don't think that they are going to help you usually they just lock the doors and put a close sign in for an hour or so today I go in there at 3 AM and they have paper closed signs by all of the registers. The Mexican girl who is extremely rude and has been rude to me several times in the past says to me we're closed I said to her so I can't even get a cup of coffee on my way to work right now and if you're close why were the doors open she gives me a nasty look and says come back in 45 minutes.Poor service, rude employees most certainly one joke of a store

Plenty of pumps to get in and out fast. Location is fairly clean. Can't comment on service as we paid at the pump.

This is the worst gas station I've been to took me 20 mins to fill up 9 gallons of gas. Would not recommend especially if you are crunched for time.

The employees are doing some kind of scam to get customers money from them.. I went in to cash in my scratch off tickets a total.winning of $32⁰⁰. I wanted To use the $32 I won on the tickets to pay for my next purchase which was 3 $5 scratchers plus another 3 $5 graduates plus $15 on gas the total came to $42 I ask for the receipt and on the receipt it showed that she had credited me $3 toward the money that I want off the scratchers and I paid cash out of my own pocket for the rest of the Transaction. then took the receipt to the where my car was parked and I went over the totals and had discovered that they had got me for $30 so I went back in there and they gave me my $30 in cash and told me that she was sorry. This isn't the 1st time that I have noticed that the charges were extremely high and not what they would usually be during transactions this however would be the only time that I was able to catch it before it was too late. Please be aware of what is going on with the cash register workers when you are at this particular ampm making your purchases whether it's with a card cash or using scratches for credit they will get you any way they can.

Super clean and convenient everything I needed was right there very polite helpers and good prices on gasoline and I'll tell you it is super nice to have cold ice cream right there in the middle of that hot desert the store must have been 72° which cost a fortune I realize but thank God they put did that thank you ampm
