My rig just got in after 2 hrs (was told 1 hour). Stalling it out just getting it in the bay. Pretty normal for tire shops now I reckon. Next time I'll buy tires and have the local tire guy put em on. Had the new meats on in 5 minutes though... currently watching em try to put my spare back on haha classic

Terrible when it comes to replacing your tire with the warranty. Jarrel and Anthony couldn’t replace a tire that had warranty on it call them 15 before I arrived to make sure the tire was there. They were trying to sell it to me, but when I didn’t want to purchase cuz I had warranty they told me I didn’t have it.

For 5-service visit America’s Tire - Indio. Called prior to arriving and Joshua answered my question in a pleasant voice. I was greeted by Anthony Holm, he set expectations to my concern (nail in tire) and communicated the wait time. I felt Like a celebrity during my visit (due to the service/communication) that I inquired for future purchase of tires. Anthony stated they would be expecting me when the time came. America’s Tire - Indio is now my to go for all my tire needs.

America's Tire has been the go-to for all of our family's cars for the past 15 years or so. The service is always excellent, they get you in and out quickly and the prices are competitive.
From our Kia to AWD Subaru, America's Tire has what you need! Don't forget the hazard package. You'll only regret it if you don't get it ?
Stopped in America's Tire again today for a tire rotation. I was in and out in less than 20 mins. That's with an appointment though so do yourself a favor and use the service.

Great customer service from the entire team at the Indio America's Tire store. Needed work done on a motor home with dual tires on the back. Rotated tires and added bork extenders. I initially bought the wrong extenders and the manager, Larry went out of his way to try and get me the correct ones before our two week road trip. Ended up getting them installed on the road in Arizona at another America's tire store. One of the extenders needed an adjustment when we got back to Indio and Larry's team took care of me. Awesome customer service and a pleasure to work with Larry and his team. Thanks!

I have been taking all my cars here for over 20 years. Larry the manager is absolutely amazing. His staff is always kind and has great customer service. Today I worked with Anthony and he has excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable. He updated me on my vehicle multiple times. I let Larry know how great everyone is and it’s why I always come back and how Anthony is the best.

The staff at this location are always friendly and professional. They go above and beyond every time I visit. The latest visit, Gean took care of me. As soon as I pulled up he came out to greet me in the parking lot to greet me. Top tier service and top tier knowledge from Gean and the rest of the crew.

Very disappointed with their service. I called a day before to schedule an appointment to do a tire rotation & balance . Was scheduled @ 9am next day on a Saturday. When my wife went in there was no record of my appointment in their system . This totally ruined my weekend for we had plans out of town later that day. Then an associates recommended to bring in during the week because there not so busy. I recommend they managment gets it right.I guess I will get my next set if tires somewhere else

They are accountable to their service warranty with free plugs and tire replacement if it is under warranty.

Had to best experience at this shop! I was having a terrible week, and getting a flat tire was the cherry on top. I was lucky enough to get Anthony when I called in. He helped talk me through different tire options, review pros and cons, and prices them out. He helped check me in efficiently so I could get to work on time. I was so pleased with the pricing, service, and quality of work. Definitely will recommend!
