Great customer service at American Tire Depot in Indio, CA. Jose and Anthony were so pleasant and accommodating. I brought my brother’s vehicle in for new tires and ended up needing a bit more work than initially planned. Jose showed me their findings and put together an estimate to include the extra work. At no time did I feel pressured into questionable repairs. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for plseasant and honest service.

Very good experience here this morning. Quick service for oil change and tire rotation and no sales pressure to buy things I don’t need. Appreciate finding an honest shop in the valley. I’ll be back!

They are so great here. Wonderful service. Mario is always so helpful. The entire team is so honest and very accommodating. The techs do great work and the store is always so nice and clean. They have an awesome environment where women never feel out of place or less than for not knowing something. They really have a great thing going there. Just awesome.
