Needed a full time up and check of a 2013 Civic. Very honest with their service. Told us what NEEDED to be done and had a list of things we needed to know about for the future. Always appreciate the honesty. Mark was great with communication and texted updates. Overall great service! We’ll be back!

Great honest shop. We had a slight hiccup but mark called me immediately to bring my car back and corrected the problem. A lot goes into mechanical work and things are not always cut and dry problems may happen it’s how the problem is handled that matters and I can assure u Al’s is no ripoff and will make sure ur satisfied and ur car is good to go

This is the only place I take my car. Mark came up with a plan to take care of issues with my car over the course of a few visits, prioritizing what needed to be done asap and avoiding a huge bill all at once. Would highly recommend

After my long time auto service company for over seven years also located in Indio decided to start screwing their customers, I searched reviews for Al's and decided to give them a try.
Inspection was very thorough and recommendations went far beyond what my other provider even noticed. Obviously over looking some normal things like changing the transmission fluid (which was badly needed) to go for the big bucks.
Al's did a very good job at a fair price and of course, are now my "go to" place for auto repair.
It's a shame that so many vendors look at us seniors as "cash cows," think we are ignorant and try to take advantage of us.
We may be old and may have dementia or other major illnesses, living on fixed incomes, but we aren't as stupid as you may think.
STOP TRYING TO SCREW US!!

AL's Automotive replaced the engine and rear brakes on my Jeep Wrangler tj, and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend their service to everyone. Thanks, Mark and Jeremy. You guys are great. Thanks again for keeping me updated on my repairs and the fantastic completed job.

Took our 2006 grand Cherokee 5.7 in for repairs after breaking down on our drive moving from Texas to Washington state. We had taken our jeep to the mechanic prior to moving, as we have 240,000 miles on it, for preventative maintenance. Obviously they missed some things or maybe it was just coincidence, but Al’s got us up and running in just one day. They replaced the water pump, power steering pump and hoses, crankshaft oil seal, battery, and cleaned our k and n air filter. They even washed our car at the end of it all. She really needed that after driving 1000 miles in dusty conditions. Thanks guys. Y’all did this old car good.

Great service by Mark. He was a very easy person to talk to and when it came time for the break down of the maintenance to be done to my car he was very informative. What I also liked about this experience is the fact that in their shop they have a window in the waiting room and you could literally see the work being done on your car. Highly recommend for your next car repair or maintenance inspection.

Great shop, honest mechanics. Mark did an outstanding job getting my RV tuned before it went in for a smog, which passed on the first go. Appreciate how quick they did the job and how they went beyond what was needed. Big thumbs up from this old vet?

They found the part in my car that had the oil leak and were able to fix it within a day. I feel confident taking my car there that they will give me an honest evaluation of what needs fixing and do a good job. I will definitely be going back to Al’s.
