Great experience with Tesa at All Desert Insurance Services! She is awesome- super efficient, communicative, and definitely has a gift for problem solving. I will recommend this company all day, and especially Tesa. Great resource for homeowners in California. They know their business well!

My Wife and I have been clients of ALL DESERT since 2000. They have been around longer than that, so they must be doing something right.We generally insure 2 vehicles at a time due to the cost of insurance. ALL DESERT chooses the most reasonable rates and companies for us so we don't have to shop for insurance. They charged us a one-time broker's fee, but have returned that investment a hundred fold in reduced insurance costs over the last 2 decades. They are not suitable for 'hit and run' clients.Traci (Nicoll) Martin and Tesa Michael trace their roots to the Coachella Valley far longer than we have been satisfied customers. Over they years, we have come to respect them as they do a difficult job.Thanks to their comparison shopping, we have the lowest insurance rates of all our friends. Being defensive drivers does help, but a lot of the credit goes to their shopping efforts.With the money we saved, my Wife bought a 2024 vehicle at a local car dealership last month (plus 20+ years of saving).Traci fielded my surprise call while I was at the dealership, went the extra mile to call her contacts as the vehicle wasn't in their computer systems, and my Wife drove off the lot, fully insured in a matter of an hour. Service like that in 2023? I mean, who does that? But you must learn to be patient, and build up a relationship of trust with your insurance agent.Looking at Yelp, I see most people use it to bash Insurance Agencies.23 years of no accidents, and we have the lowest insurance rates in town.What's not to like?If you are an aggressive driver, do not go to ALL DESERT.If you are a patient, defensive driver with no accidents - like us - and want the lowest rates because you don't use (or abuse) the insurance system - this is the place for you.Whiners, tail gaters, people who rush, rush, rush with no concern for public safety? Keep away from this quiet business establishment.People looking for a reliable, decent, honest, patient and full-service old fashioned type of insurance experience? Join with me to fight high insurance prices and give them your business and good driving records.Thanks to ALL DESERT for insuring us these last 20+ years and allowing us to quietly save for my Wife's FIRST new car!No, they did not pay me to write this.No, they did not ask me to write this.Drive defensively, obey the rules of the road no matter where you insure, and God Bless you all!!!

After 23 years, I enjoy dealing with the people and not feeling like a number when I walk in. I googled their office hours and saw someone had complained about the office. It appears to have been remodeled since the last time I was in, some 8 years ago.If you are a fast lane driver, tailgater, don't follow the 3 second following rule, and haven't heard of defensive driving, don't bother going here. They keep my rates down because I haven't had an accident in the 23 years we've been with them.Insurance is the law; these people help me stay within the law without going broke. If you are a patient, defensive, sane and safe driver, then this is the place for you. It's a 40 mile drive ONE-WAY for me, and because of the low premiums my Wife and I pay, it is worth it, though I rarely need to come in.Safety first, and be positive!

I want to say thank you for giving me pointers about insurance companies, things that I didn't know I appreciate, I forgot her name that insured me she helped me of getting insurance she told me what to do and now I'm legit I have insurance now. Thanks again..

These guys are great at what they do and offer you the best options. They really do whatever they can to make sure you're getting the best deal and Tess made it incredibly easy to get my old policy cancelled and my new policy in place with out ever having a lapse in my coverage.I also got WAY better coverage for LESS!
