Poor ethics ! Asked us to call him for accommodations 3 x in one week mon/wed/fri and he either had us chasing our tail or wouldn’t answer phone . My son called him as last resort on 6-8-21. STILL playing games . Too busy , no space , we get it , understood . But he’s also lacking in communication skills and treats people as though they’re asking for freebies.News for this dud ! He’s NOT the only mechanic in town, and I’m sure there’s better ! WEWOULDN’T recommend him for your pet euthanasia. !

i ordered clock spring for broken one in F350 and HORN NOT WORKING _ ILLEGAL They ordered the part 3X from a 'friend' and NOT a Ford Dealer as was promised they recd 12 wire plg not three wire i needed, promised part to arrive next am n leave overnight IN SECURED BLDG AND LOCKED IN but OWNER fired up car n backed it outand left in an open LOT with All Doors OPEN and all Windows down and Sunroof wide open and MY @nd set of keys and money and phone and computer were sitting on console ( i was in backseat and he NEVER NOTICED) and he LEFT KEYS IN IGNITION and doors Open in railroad track neighborhood i had been attacked in trying to order Mex food for all of his shopp guys free the day earlier... he knew this and put my trk out in cold w sunroof open and Expecting rain to hit 1 hr after close... I sd i wd drive it across st to buy some juice,, after waiting 2 hrs and owner / desk rep talked to his 2 daily drug connections for 2 hrs n never sd hello to me or thanks for lunch or for being patient or ANY acknowledgment of any kind.. i hopped in front seat "To go to store for juice" 5 hrs ago and owner never ever called n sd Hey we got your part now, come on back...nothing!!!... Hugo and his crew replaced my brakes (front and rear) yesterday for a very fair price. The car now stops and tracks much better when braking. My friend recommended Hugo and I'm glad he did.
