Russell is a straight shooter and a good hombre. He does big things with a small shop and tries to do the right thing. If something isn't perfect, he will work with you to make sure you're happy even after receiving full payment.

Russell is great. I received an estimate from the shop that the local car dealership recommended and it was twice what Russell quoted.
The driver front fender had to be replaced and painted. Photos show after Russell worked on it.
He does great work and gives you the best work at the best price.

Exceptional service! I brought my car in after a collision and I couldn't be happier with the results. Russell was courteous and professional and worked with me to have the repair complete by the date I needed my car back. The communication was thorough and I received regular updates on the progress of the repair. They truly went above and beyond in every way. I highly recommend People’s Choice, best auto body repair in the desert!

Highly recommend People’s Choice Auto Expert for any car repair. Russell communicated with me and was very informative throughout the entire time, n not a lot of ppl do that. They just work on ur car and call u when it’s done n that’s it. Well not with Russell… best believe he’s very trustworthy. He’s all about making his customers happy. N I’m def happy with the way he fixed the chin on my Challenger. THANK YOU RUSSELL. will def come back if I need any more work done!

Russ loves cars and his job. Prices are great compared to other collision centers. I had a minor scratch on my front bumper and the owner kept me posted with the updates through out the repair process. He painted my front bumper and the color is a 100% match. In case if I'd ever would need their services in the future, I'd come back to them. Thanks ?

I rarely write reviews but I recommend Peoples Choice Auto Expert body shop in Indio CA and it’s owner Russell Velletti.I was in an accident in my pickup truck near Bombay Beach CA. There was severe damage to the rear cab pillar of the truck. I like the truck and plan to keep it so I wanted it repaired correctly and returned to its pre-accident condition. I knew the repair would be difficult because the structural integrity of the cab had been compromised.I live in Washington State and had no knowledge of good body shops in the area. I called over 10 body shops who had positive reviews and talked with each of them to assess whether or not I thought they had the knowledge and skill to do a good job with the repair. Russell was the only one who not only took the time to talk with me but could speak knowledgeably about the repair.Russell did an excellent job with the repair. I can’t even tell the truck was damaged. He was also effective in dealing with my insurance company, The Hartford, who were extremely difficult during the claim processing.So I recommend Russell. I know he’ll do a good job for you.

I would give more stars if I could. I can't say enough about how amazing Russell and team are. He went above and beyond to help our son after being in an accident. He cares for his customers and the service he provides proves this. He always responded in a timely manner and always had an answer and what was next. A+++++ SERVICE. SMOOTH, PROFESSIONAL AND AFFORDABLE. RUSSELL IS THE MAN!!!!!I had to have an emergency repair done on my car within a 6 hour time window on a busy Monday afternoon as I needed to drive home to Los Angeles later that night. I called everywhere in the valley and couldn't find anyone who could help / wanted to help. Finally, after almost giving up I found Russell who did not hesitate to provide his services. I had my car at his shop no more than 30 minutes later and he worked late to get it back to me that same night. He sent me progress photos throughout the entire service and the whole process was incredibly smooth, especially given how dire my situation was. Russell is a literal LIFE SAVER and I will be recommending him to all my contacts in the desert.

We accidentally yanked off our Prius spoiler when we opened our garage. After two weeks of research, we finally found Russell, who helped us through the whole process. Besides the affordable price of the repair cost, the final result for the repair was top notch. Russell was helpful and responsive. We strongly recommend his business to all the Coachella Valley residents.
