This store and Andy have helped me more in a few months than El Centro store has at all. I have been a non stop customer since 2016 starting in Brawley. This indio store treats me like a valued customer. Kindness, respect and oh so helpful.

Medium to above average quality entertainment equipments and settings for sale and rent to own, Aaron's is a good, an attractive and inviting store that could really satisfy a pretty discriminated-picky- clientele with some limited or planned budgets. 1 thum up!

I don’t normally write a review unless deemed necessary. I have an account (one more payment left and I WONT be a returning customer) my mother & law has an account, my sister & law has an account and so does my niece. That’s 4 UNHAPPY customers. Every since Ray and Yesenia left the company it seems to have gone downhill. I won’t lie i often don’t have the amount and I make extensions especially last month due to me being out of work because of COVID made and extension for the 25th, by the 24th they start calling me and my references. Also I added my mother n law for autopay for the 4th of each month on her acct so we dont have to keep calling since I’m almost done paying my items...it has yet to be taken out which will result in us having to call the store to remind whomever took the information down to run her card (kind of defeats the purpose right?) also, my sister & law has been calling in regards to bed bugs!!! She has previously owned couches from Aaron’s and keeps calling the store and all she gets is “I’ll let our manager know and we’ll call you back” it’s BEEN 2 weeks!!! My nieces have bed bug bites and have to stay with myself or my other sister n law because they don’t want to go home. I hate to make a complaint since I’ve been a customer for over 2 years and had such great customer service in the beginning and the past few months it just gone downhill. No communication unless it’s about “calling about your bill” ??♀️

I went to Aaron's to buy a fridge not rent buy.I buy the fridge on Thursday March 5th they delivered on Friday March 6th,I plug it in it's working ,getting cold than I noticed that it was missing a glass shelve and the butter door.I call them immediately they said they will order them.So we start smelling a nasty putetride horrible smell every time the motor would turn on.Hubby said let's just leave it plugged in all weekend to see if the smell goes away,it didn't..So Monday the 9th we go into Aaron's store and tell them.They tell us they will pick it up and they did on Tuesday the 10th.I had to call the store and tell them where's my refund?? Josh tells me it will take 3 updays to go back into my account.well today is the March 20th and I still haven't received my money back.Now they tell me the district manager will be in Tuesday March 24 and he has to approve it so it will get refunded back in my bank.If that was the case why keep telling me they sent it off and it processed on their side???and wait 3 days?? This is some BS they got their stinky a** fridge back and got my money!!! I'm left with "wait 3 days"I sent it already and it processed from our side"UPDATE": Finally got my refund back today March 22 2020..3 weeks later

This is more of a complaint. workers inside aarons rentals indio ca store were harassing me by calling my number, over and over. I'm not even a customer of theirs, never was, never had an account with them. They are simply harassing me because a customer of their's had their bed at my apartment at one point but took it with them when they left, and now for some reason aaron's workers from the Indio store are calling over and over and saying i am responsible for it when i have nothing to do with it. I tried contacting corporate and no one is answering. They even came to my apartment, and i showed them there was nothing in here from aarons, but the harassment is still going. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. This is the worst place ever.
