My dad came here for a whole new set of speakers and a radio which has not been fully functional since the installment. The speakers would cut in and out and after months of this decided to go back and let them know. The man working there went outside to check it out and he became agitated when my dad started saying that he didn't know why this was happening and they must've done something to cause it. He began saying that if my father didn't calm down he wouldn't work on his car, as if he was shouting or yelling which he wasn't. Just frustrated that he spent $1300 all for it to slowly fall to pieces. A bit insulted, we decide to leave to when the "fuck yous " began. yeah, GREAT customer service. would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I came to my bumper checked out and they told me that I needed an entire car replaced? How does that even happen? what the hell?! I think it's because we have language barriers. Go back to your country. byeee!

Ford F-350 Super Duty had problem with AC not working on right side.Another well represented shop explained the door actuator was broken and the complete dash needed to be removed with a charge of at least$1600.00, they really were not interested in doing the repair.I reviewed the different repair facilities and decided to talk with Open Road.I spoke with Marco and he said not a problem doing the job, their chargeout rate is very fair. The repair was completed to my total satisfaction andwell under what the well represented company had quoted.A few days later they replaced the front rotors and pads on my Audi Q5.I can vouch for this company being very fair, honest and reputable. Try them,you will not be disappointed.

Stay away from this shop/mobile service. The owner Teresa won’t stand behind her work and lied about new parts being purchased, when clearly the original parts were used. We paid $5000 to have a clutch replacement, which a day after install, clutch failed. Mechanic came out a couple of days later and stated the new part had failed and was covered by warranty, so now had to wait a few more days for part to arrive. Again, truck was supposedly repaired but failed days later. We attempted to contact the owner Teresa and no response to our calls or texts. So after days of waiting for a reply, we had to move on to using a new mechanic and what they found was that the part we were told was replaced twice, clearly wasn’t. Sad that we’ve paid out so much money and lost days of revenue due to our truck down and now having to pay another shop to fix the problems of A Plus Bob’s Road Service shop. Only gave a 1 star as I had to in order to post my comments or I would have given a 0.

Lady who answers phones sounds like a nice lady, husband spoke to her and said she would have someone come out Friday, husband needed to call her in the AM. Called, said she would call to let him know when mechanic would be out. NEVER called back and wont answer phone now. Husband left a message and no response. Poor customer service. A phone call would have been nice, even if it was to cancel. Sitting around waiting for someone that's not even going to show up sucks.
